语音部分复习wh，wr，igh，eigh 等字母组合的读音规则。
2. Who is that man? He looks like your grandfather.（那个男人是谁？他看起来像你的爷爷。
）（1）grandpa（爷爷，外公）是口语，grandf a ther 是正式用语。
（2)like是多义词，既可以是动词，也可以是介词。
我们在本套教材三年级下册学过作动词的like，意思是“喜欢”。
如：I like my new bike.（我喜欢我的新自行车。
）而本课中look like是固定词组，意思是“看起来像……”，这里的like是介词。
如：He looks like his father.（他看起来像他的父亲。
）The clouds in the sky look like sheep.（天空中的云朵看起来像绵羊。
）3. What does your grandma do?（你的奶奶是做什么工作的？）（1)grandma（奶奶，外婆）是口语，grandmother 是正式用语。
（2)这是询问职业的一种句型，可以结合第37页的句型练习进行教学。
4. She is a cook.She cooks for farm workers.（她是个厨师，她为农场的工人做饭。
）cook可以是名词，意思是“厨师”；cook也可以作动词，意思是“烹调，煮饭”。
5. Do they have a farm in the UK?（他们在英国有农场吗？）the UK 是the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland（大不列颠及北爱尔兰联合王国）的简称。
