My English study

English is my favorite subject. I’m very interested in it. But things were not like this before. I was in trouble when I began to study English . Sometimes I wanted to give it up. When my English teacher knew this, she talked to me for a long time. She encouraged me , taught me how to remember words and helped me make notes. She told me not to give anything up easily. From then on , I began to change . I worked very hard and make great progress(取得很大进步) day by day. Now with the help

of my teacher, I am the best student at English in my class. I have found English is really a bridge to so much knowledge. I’m going to study it even harder.

Chinese New Year is also called Spring Festival. It usually comes in late January or February. Today I was surprised to see my old classmate, Li Ying, on TV. She got the first prize in an English contest . She has change a lot . She used to be very shy and quiet . She was afraid to speak in front of others, but now she is no longer that shy girl . She is so outgoing. Her speech was very interesting . I really take pride in her success. People sure change. People should be confident in themselves. I want to try my best to improve myself, too.
