At present , most people are busy working and studying, they have no enough time to do sports , they fall ill easily. To be healthy is the most important in our life. So in our free time we need to do more sports.
We can choose to do many sports such as playing basketball ,swimming ,running and so on. They can not only keep our bodies strong and healthy,but also make us relaxed. What's more it's also a good way to make friends and enjoy ourselves.
My favourite sport is badminton, when I have free time ,I will play it with my friends. Though I am tired , I feel happy . And then I can put more attention into studying .I think doing sports is much better than playing computer games.
