ATA-GT-60e 智能真空离心除水虑油机使用说明
真空滤油机是针对各类油浸变压器、油浸电流电压互感器及高压少油断路器,进行现场滤油及补油的产品。

真空滤油机的使用说明:
连接好真空滤油机进出油管油路,按机器总功率的大小接好三相四线电源,并使真空泵、油泵转向与箭头指向一致,接好安全地线,检查各电路是否连接可靠各油路阀门是否打开,点动真空泵、排油泵应无卡阻和偏心振动现象。

有冷凝器的机型可通过排水阀向储水室注入自来水,准备无误后再进行操作程序。

首先合上真空滤油机断路器,旋上电源关按钮,按下真空泵开按钮,当真空表面达到负压0.08MPa时,可打开进油阀进油,当真空罐内的油达到油标的中线位置时(切忌将油吸入真空泵内,否则设备无法正常运转,如果不慎将油吸入真空泵内,应及时将油从真空泵内放出,再加入适当的真空油)即按下排油泵开按钮,开始排油过滤杂质使油路正常循环,正常工作时,观察油标管调节进油阀保持进出油平衡,按下加热器开按钮,根据真空度和水饱和曲线图设定好加热的油温度给油加热(上限为油的工作温度,下限为调节温度,且上限应大于下限温度5~10℃),挥发油中水份,如果油中水份较多时,真空缸内油沫会增高,此时必须打开放气阀控制适应的真空度,待水份减少、油下降后关闭放气阀,使真空度达到极限。

此时要注意真空滤油机各仪表的反应,如果压力表读数大于0.4MPa时,说明精滤器内的滤芯表层吸附的杂质太多需要清洗即
可,工作完毕后,停机时先按加热器关按钮,等待3分钟,再按真空泵关按钮、关闭进油阀,待罐内的油排完后按下排油泵关按钮,打开放气阀使真空度达到正常大气压,剩下的油从放油阀放出,防止下次使用时混入不同型号的油中,后拉下断路器。

前言表1版本发展历史
1概述
ATA600双电源开关适配器是一款方便于HAT600/HAT600N/HAT600P/HAT700双电源自动切换控制器和智能断路器连接的适配器,为用户节省了大量的现场接线工作,省工省时且可靠。

2性能和特点
——适合三相四线的交流系统;
——集成两路400V/50Hz/10A空气断路器,用于分别连接两路交流电源;
——一体化集成式适配器,可同时连接S1路断路器和S2路断路器;
——适用于HAT600/HAT600N/HAT600P/HAT700双电源自动切换控制器;
——冷轧板外壳;
——适配器为螺钉安装方式,安装时由四个螺丝固定。

4.1面板说明
面板说明如图1示。

两路空气断路器,分别连接S1、S2两路交流电源。

连接器M1、M2、M3需连接到HAT600/HAT600N/HAT600P/HAT700控制器侧。

连接器S1-A、S1-B需连接到S1路断路器侧。

连接器S2-A、S2-B需连接到S2路断路器侧。

4.2连接器说明
连接器各端子的针号如图2示。

注:连接器S2-A 和S2-B所接线号以Q2开头,其它同S1-A 、S1-B,所接线束号是WH600-Q2-30-RM。

例:连接器S2-A的第1针所接线号为Q2-28。

线号的定义:
Q1-1 例:Q1-1表示接线需连接到S1路断路器的1号端子。

□□-□
表示接线需连接到智能断路器的对应端子的端子号。

表示接线需连接到的位置。

M表示HAT600/HAT600N/HAT600P/HAT700控制器。

Q1表示S1路断路器。

Q2表示S2路断路器。

Q3表示母联断路器。

线束号的定义:
WH600-□□-□□-□□
表示智能断路器厂家首字母缩写。

表示线束长度,单位:m。

如30表示3.0米。

表示线束所需连接到的位置,定义同线号。

本产品所接线束为选配项,用户可根据实际需求,在订货时进行说明,注明线束要求及断路器型号。
