Home aloneGood morning , judges,It’s my great honor to be here sharing my lesson with you. I’ll be ready to begin this lesson from four parts. Analysis of the teaching material, the analysis of the ss, the teaching methods and the teaching procedure. First let me talk about the teaching materialThe selected teaching material is from the Reading section of Module1 unit of Advance with English. This unit requires ss to discuss family problems by combining their own experiences with common phenomena in society. Ss will learn how to read a play. This play is about a big fight an American family had. Because of lack of communication, Mom and Dad scolded Eric and Daniel when they saw the house in a mess after returning from their vacation.As we all know, reading belongs to the input during the process of the language learning, the input has great effect on output, such as speaking and writing. Therefore, this lesson plays an important role in this unit.According to the new standard curriculum and syllabus, after studying the teaching material, I think the teaching aims are the following.(根据新课标和教学法)1)Knowledge objectsA.
