第一，在国外申请来华签既然邀请函是签证机关评估签证申请、审发签证的一项重要 依据，那么其供应的信息必需真实牢靠。我国邀请函以“谁邀请、 谁负责”为原则，即邀请人要对他所发邀请函的内容负责。这也 体现在《出境入境管理法》中，该法第十九条规定：“外国人申 请办理签证须要供应我国境内的单位或者个人出具的邀请函件的， 申请人应当根据驻外签证机关的要求供应。出具邀请函件的单位 或者个人应当对邀请内容的真实性负责。”

4、学历和学位证书公证件（中英文），也可以提供原件。
5、工作证明（中英文），找了学院院长签字，工作证明中说明：访学的相关费用由学校承担和访学期间学校保留职位，回国后继续在学校工作。
6、护照复印件（多准备几份，在签证中心提条材料的时候，他们会另外要一份，在上面盖章作为你取签证的收据）7、二寸照片（申请护照的那种就可以）8、体检表9、特殊工作类别材料审核清单除了一些签证所需资料外，还有一些地方需要注意。
一、关于体检，一定要到新西兰移民局上指定的医院去体检，一年以内只要拍胸片的那种检查就可以，不需要全套体检，和医院说清楚。
