化学物资安全数据表1.0 用语的定义1.1 理化性质：是对化学品外观和状态的直观描述。
主要包括常温床压下该物质的颜色、气味、存在的状态及溶解性。
溶解性指在常温堂压下该物质在常用溶济（以水为主）中的溶解性，分别用混溶、易溶、溶干、微溶、不溶等表示其溶解的程序。
1.2 危险特性：是指简要概述化学品燃烧爆炸的性能和一些简单的化学性质。
主要包括遇明火、高温、氧化剂等可能产生的危害，遇水、酸、碱和一些活性物质的反应，以及氧化性、腐蚀性等。
1.3 毒性：是指毒物引起机体损伤的能力。
化学毒物侵入机体引起伤害，主要有三种途径：吸入、食入和经皮肤吸收。
在生产作业条件下，化学物质主要通过呼吸道和皮肤进入人体，职业中毒时经口途径比较次要。
手册中收录的内容，主要是以有关专著中途述的毒物中毒典型临床表现为主，很少涉及化验和特殊检查，对一些人体中毒资料中记载较少和毒物，以动物毒性资料补充之。

工程防护：生产过程密闭，全面通风。

迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至上风处，并进行隔离，严格限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式呼吸器，穿消防防护服。尽可能切断泄漏源。合理通风，加速扩散。喷雾状水稀释、溶解。构筑围堤或挖坑收容产生的大量废水。如有可能，将漏出气用排风机送至空旷地方或装设适当喷头烧掉。漏气容器要妥善处理，修复、检验后再用。
