业务流程优化在企业的应用研究

摘要：本文介绍了业务流程优化的基本概念，业务流程优化与业务流程再造的异同点，分析了目前业务流程再造理论在国内国际实施的现状，借鉴一些成功企业的先进经验，提出业务流程优化的概念，并对业务流程优化实施进行了探索。

abstract： this paper introduces the basic concepts of business process improvement， the similarities and differences between business process improvement and business process reengineering， analyzes the domestic and international implementation status of business process reengineering theory， learns some advanced experience from some of the successful companies， proposes the concept of business process improvement and makes exploration on it.
