【参考例文】是责任，更是一种良心在汶川地震发生后，一个名字叫范美忠的都江堰普通教师引起了人们的关注。
与那些不顾及自己生命来保住学生的性命的老师相比．范美忠最大的关注点则在于在面对危险时他暴露了人的本性．或者说不叫人的本性。
而是人性中最弱的一点。
范美忠并不把自己的行为定位为道德的缺陷．反而将自己的行为说成是提供给社会作为分析道德与人性的案例。
“范跑跑”也许并不是个别现象．却被很多人当作是个例来研究。
人性与责任在危难时该如何抉择或者说是否有必要来抉择?不禁让人想到在地震中报道的另一条新闻：在地震中有这样一对夫妻，在地震发生时丈夫只大喊了一声“地震了”便独自跑到楼下，等他安全时才想到妻子，转而去救自己的妻子。
在这个小事情上，我们看到了丈夫第一次的举动体现了人性，而当他返回的那一刻，他已将责任看重于生命，原来责任可以如此高贵。
正如很多人所说的那样：解放军的职责就是在国家遇到困难时来保卫国家和人民的安稳：医生的职责就是救死扶伤：教师的职责就是教书育人……每个人都是社会群体中的个人，彼此互相依赖互相帮助。

换句话说，用相关的制度能限制的也就不叫人性了。
重新翻看事件本身。
范美忠本身的逃跑也许并不可恨。
因为每个人都有求生欲，每个人都有利已心理，甚至可以说不可能每个人都那么伟大。
可恨的是他之后“洋洋自得”地在天涯论坛上发表的那篇《那一刻地动山摇——5．12汶川地震亲历记》的帖子，宣扬自己的选择是正确的。
是在挑战中国．西传统道德观。
而且在文章最后表白：“在这种生死抉择的瞬间。
只有为了我的女儿我才可能考虑牺牲自我，其他的人，哪怕是我的母亲，在这种情况下我也不会管的。
”此文一出．引来一片哗然。
人性与责任在很大程度上是相互矛盾的．可是当它们同时出现于同一个事件或者同一个人身上时。
我们似乎才觉得这个人是完整的人。
想到几年前的安徽阜阳假奶粉事件、南京冠生园月饼事件等，当一个人的人性超过了他的责任时，一个人开始失去了自己，也失去了世界。
争论还在继续。
可是通过范美忠事件也让我们开始了一个自我的反省，如果事情发生在我们身上．我们会做第二个“范跑跑”吗?责任在你的生命中究竟占到了多大的比率——让每个人反思吧．三、由新教师成长为专家教师，会经历一段艰难甚至于痛苦的转折，在这一时期，教师可能出现各种问题，其中包括执业倦怠，如果不能得到很好的化解，可能会出现教师情绪低落、缺乏意义感、跳槽等。
