为认真学习贯彻执行自治区党委八届八次全委（扩大）会议精神，全面推进《全民健身计划纲要》落实，推动阿克苏地区创建“健身球之乡”工作力度，阿克苏地区创建“健身球之乡骨干暨社会体育指导员培训班”于 2014年12月15—17日，在阿克苏地区体育中心体育馆隆重开幕，本次培训班由阿克苏地委老干部局和地区文广影视局主办，地区老年体协和地区体育中心承办。
本次培训班的举办吸引了阿克苏地区八县一市的人员前来参加，有退休多年的领导职工，有在职领导干部，还有体育健身爱好者，培训人数多达180人。
为办好本次培训主办方特意从乌鲁木齐聘请了自治区著名教练安慧荣专门来阿克苏指导培训。
健身球是我国民间的传统健身保健器具之一。
健身球之所以有益于强身健体，在于玩球时指掌的适度运动，它能调节人体肌体经络，集休闲、运动、减肥、修身于一体，使用安全方便，是全新概念的流行健身产品。

对粉末涂装，通常电晕放电或者离子轰击使粒子带电。枪头装有放 电电极，喷出的粉在附近上电。电极被施加高电压而产生电场。在电极 附近产生电晕，或空气分解。空气中的气体分子当被在电极自由移动的 电子轰击而带电。带上与电极相反电荷的粒子马上被电极吸回。带上与 电极相同电荷的粒子被电极排斥出去。粉末粒子在周围到处穿梭，带电 空气粒子通过碰撞或轰击把电荷传导到粉末粒子上，使粉末带电。粉末 带电后吸附到接地工件表面。
