1 产品综述1.1 机芯概述8K05是基于台湾Mediatek MT8227ACMU方案的中小尺寸低成本液晶电视解决方案。

支持多媒体音/视频高清晰电视信号的输入输出。

高级2D/3D信号解码器可以解码当前主流的全电视信号并且获得最好的图像效果并且用作宽带输入信号处理的嵌入式的HDTV/VGA解码器可以完美还原图像本来的色彩。

新的第四代高级运动图像自适应和补偿交错技术可以使用2D图像处理器根据相应图像的特点转换成专业的标准信号。

片上音频处理器从前端高频头解码模拟信号给后端提供优质的音频信号。

片上微处理器降低了了系统的bom成本,简化了电路,缩短了使用高级C语言开发UI的周期。

并且工艺设计简单便于批量生产。

根据屏体的资源,目前开发的产品以LG、CMO、SKY、IVO等为主。

为了增强主板的通用性,对于不同的屏体,电路采用复合式可选设计方式,因此不同屏体的电视在主板电路在屏电路、供电方式、输入输出端子以及软件上会有差异,本手册主要介绍系统的构成以及通用电路工作方式,为生产和售后在实际操作中提供维修参考。

The SMDAxxC series of TVS arrays are designed to provide bidirectional protection for sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD, lightning and other voltage-induced transient events. Each device will protect four data or I/O lines. They are available with operating voltages of 5V, 12V, 15V and 24V.

Device Connection for Protection of Four Data Lines
The SMDAxxC series devices are designed to protect up to four data lines. The devices are connected as follows:
l The SMDAxxC are bidirectional devices and are designed for use on lines where the normal operating voltage is above and below ground. Pins 1, 2, 3, and 4 are connected to the protected lines. Pins 5, 6, 7, and 8 are connected to ground. Since the device is electrically symmetrical, these connections may be reversed. The ground connections should be made directly to the ground plane for best results. The path length is kept as short as possible to reduce the effects of parasitic inductance in the board traces.

TVS diodes are characterized by their high surge capability, low operating and clamping voltages, and fast response time. This makes them ideal for use as board level protection of sensitive semiconductor components. The SMDAxxC-8 is designed to provide transient suppression on multiple data lines and I/O ports. The low profile SO-14 design allows the user to protect up to eight data and I/O lines with one package. They are bidirectional device and may be used on lines where the normal operating voltage is above and below ground (i.e. -12V to +12V).
The SMDAxxC-8 is designed to protect up to 8 data or I/O lines. They are bidirectional devices and may be used on lines where the signal polarities are above and below ground.

The SMDAxxC-8 TVS arrays employ a monolithic structure. Therefore, the working voltage (VRWM) and breakdown voltage (VBR) specifications apply to the differential voltage between any two data line pins. For example, the SMDA24C-8 is designed for a maximum voltage excursion of ±12V between any two data lines.
The SMDAxxC-8 TVS diode array will meet the surge requirements of IEC 61000-4-2 (Formerly IEC 801-2), Level 4, “Human Body Model” for air and contact discharge.
