Unit 5 PlacesLesson 6 Round up一、教材分析本课选用的英语课本是北师大2011课标版三年级起点的教材。

本节课是五年级上册第五单元第六课故事课。

故事呈现的是主人公白猫警察White cat在黑猫警察通过视频,用对讲机指引的情况下,成功追踪抓捕偷东西的老鼠的情景。

本单元的话题是“场所”,内容涉及城市主要建筑物或地点和指路、问路的指示语。

而本部分为是本单元最后一课,不仅是对整个单元的复习与总结,也是对第四单元“Position”里方位介词的复习与延伸。

该课可使故事成为学生积累语言、新知联系旧知,提高语言运用能力及培养学生出门通过有效问路寻找地点的意识与能力的有效载体。

二、学情分析五年级学生已经是学习英语的第三年,能够听懂课堂上的简单指令,能顺利的开展小组合作学习。

学生乐于合作,乐于助人,乐于表现。

而且通过前五节课时的学习,学生能够运用英语说明处所或建筑物之间位置的表达,能够熟练的问路、指路。

同时,学生也已在四年级的时候学习掌握了一些关于建筑物或场所的相关词汇及表述物体位置的部分介词及句型,这对该故事的学习起到了铺垫的作用。

该年龄段的学生有着一颗喜爱故事的童心,他们不仅对故事有着浓厚兴趣,还有这丰富的想象力。

因此,本节故事课,学生会积极参与到猜想故事情节,总结人物形象及表演故事的环节中。

对于本节课的难点:使学生了解白猫警长及小偷老师前后出现的位置及引导学生发现故事人物不同的品格,教师则通过教学辅助用具(思维导图卡、单词卡、图片,电子白板)、任务型教学、小组合作及同桌交流学习的方式进行引导,帮助学生解决难点。

三、设计理念《核心素养导向的备课》及《核心素养导向的上课》所倡导培养学生“关键能力和必备品格”的理念。

英语学科教学“言语为交际中心”的理念。

四、教学目标分析●知识目标:1.能够使90%学生联系生活经历,复习旧知,复习与巩固本单元有关表述建筑物之间位置的的单词和句型;2.能够使90%以上的学生通过图片和上下文正确理解句子:“I’m near the market. / He is at the train station now. / He is in front of the post office. / Turn left. He i s at the bus stop. ”及故事发展的先后顺序。
