一、化学结构HO-(C2H4O)a-(C3H6O)b-(C2H4O)c-H 其中a=80，b=27，c=80，平均分子量为7680～9510。
二、物理化学性质泊洛沙姆为白色、蜡状的固体或无色液体，固体密度为1.06g/cm3，熔点52℃。
1 溶解性在共聚物中，随着聚氧乙烯部分的增加，水溶性逐渐增大。
泊洛沙姆188易溶于水、甲苯、95%乙醇，不溶于丙二醇。
2 昙点泊洛沙姆水溶液加热时，由于大分子的水合结构被破坏以及形成疏水链构象，发生起浊或起昙现象。
氧乙烯部分分子量在70%以上的泊洛沙姆，即使浓度高达10%，在常压下加热至100℃。
例如1%的泊洛沙姆的昙点为>100℃。
3 表面活性泊洛沙姆为非离子型高分子表面活性剂，其表面活性亦于结构有关。
氧乙烯链段比例越大，HLB值越高；在氧乙烯链段比例相同的情况下，则共聚物分子量越小，HLB值越高。
泊洛沙姆188的HLB值为16，有较强的表面活性。
4 凝胶作用泊洛沙姆188在浓度在20%～30%时形成凝胶。
这种凝胶可以通过加热其溶液然后冷却至室温，或者在5～10℃冷藏其水溶液然后转移至室温环境下自然形成。

188Re的淋洗效率在3个月之内大于70%,188W的漏穿率小于10-4%,核纯度和放射化学纯度均大于99%。
关键词:188Re;188W/188Re发生器;临床应用;淋洗效率中图分类号:TL922 文献标识码:A铼有两个放射性同位素188Re和186Re,都可以用于制备放射性药物[1]。
188Re作为治疗用核素有着十分理想的核性质[2],半衰期为1619h,衰变产物为稳定的188Os,主要发射β射线,分支比为79%,β射线的最大能量为2112MeV,并伴随有适于SPECT显像及可同时进行药代动力学研究的γ射线,Eγ=155keV。
目前,188Re标记抗体[3]、受体及其他标记化合物如HEDP、MDP[4]、DMSA[5]等已被广泛研究及临床应用,其中188Re2HEDP及188Re2MDP在国外均已进入临床研究,并被证明对于缓解癌症的骨转移灶引起的疼痛和其他肿瘤的治疗有显著的效果。
188Re可通过金属187Re或富集186W在反应堆中照射获得。
以天然丰度的金属铼(187Re,6215%)制成照射靶,经中子照射后可得到188Re,但比活度低,不适于进行放射性药物的制备及应用。
富集186W靶经二次中子俘获反应后可得到188W,188W衰变后可分离得到高比活度、无载体的188Re,由其标记的化合物适合临床应用。

合金188是一种钴基特殊合金，具有独特的高温强度和抗氧化性。
长期暴露在1400-1600 °f的温度范围内后，它仍然具有足够的延展性。
与镍基合金相比，钴基合金具有固有的高温蠕变性能。
在固溶强化过程中，向合金188中加入14% 钨，然后加入M6C和M23C6碳化物。
合金188易于加工，并且适用于手动和自动焊接。
焊接方法包括电子束、钨极氩弧焊和电阻焊。

DESCRIPTION
The WM8706 is a high performance stereo DAC designed for audio applications such as DVD, home theatre systems, and digital TV. The WM8706 supports data input word lengths from 16 to 32-bits and sampling rates up to 192kHz. The WM8706 can implement 2 channels at 192kHz for highend DVD-Audio. The WM8706 consists of a serial interface port, digital interpolation filters, multi-bit sigma delta modulators and stereo DAC in a small 28-lead SSOP package. The WM8706 also includes a digitally controllable mute and attenuate function on each channel. The WM8706 supports a variety of connection schemes for audio DAC control. The MPU serial port provides access to a wide range of features including on-chip mute, attenuation and phase reversal. A hardware controllable interface is also available. It is pin-compatible with the WM8716 provided the oscillator circuit on WM8716 is not required in the application. The WM8706 is an ideal device to interface to AC-3, DTS, and MPEG audio decoders for surround sound applications, or for use in DVD players supporting DVD-A.
