教学随笔第一篇
在英语教学中我是怎样培养学生的创新性思维的。
从我自身来考虑,教师应真正将学生当作有独立意识、有活跃思想的独立个体看待。
以学生全面发展为目的,启迪学生的独立意识为策略,让学生在教学过程中体验语言学习的乐趣,体会英语语言的文化内涵,运用起来应该得心应手。
对于学生,单词是一件很困难的事情。
那么,我在教学中,采用图片,投影,身势语,录音机,电视等教学手段,让学生先感知这个单词是什么,充分调动学生的积极性,同时让学生在真正的语境中理解单词的含义。
我想,通过不断的创新,才会融洽师生的感情,提高学生对英语的重视程度。
通过这样的教学,我深深地体会到情感+乐学+疑问+动感才是我们英语教学追求的方向。
教学随笔第二篇
我担任初一两个班英语科的教学工作.在教学过程中,我深深地感到: 我们目前的教与学不相适应,教师在两个班级上课, 两个班级的教学进度不一致,一个班级学生也无法学好功课.
原因是: 这个班级的学生学习基础很差,英语科尤甚.他们能记住的单词极少, 最普通的语法知识也不能掌握.但是,为了教学的进度科任老师不得不和其它班级的科任老师一样:采用相同的教材,相同的复习资料,相同的教学速度,基本相同的教学方法, 结果和学生的实际大大脱节,无法取得应有的教学效果.
我想:应该到了根据学生的实际,选用较适用的教材与复习资料,采用与学生学习相适应的进度和方法,这样做,效果应该会好一些!!

NSE外研版的自使用已经有较长时间了,与此同时英语新课程标准倡导以任务为主的英语教学模式。
通过不断地研读“新课程标准”,和各种途径的理论学习,逐渐理解接受了这个“新事物”。
以下是经过一学期的教学之后的自我反思。
所谓任务型英语教学,即“Task-based English Tea ching”,是在英语课堂教学中让学生用英语完成各种真实的生活、学习、工作等任务,将课堂教学的目标真实化,任务化,从而培养其运用英语的能力。
教学中要以具体的任务为载体,以完成任务为动力,把知识和技能融为一体;作为课堂主体的学生,用所学英语去做事,在做事的过程中发展运用英语的能力。
任务型教学体现了人文主义思想,强调以人的发展为本和以学生为主体的观念。
尊重学生的主体意识,让学生主体参与,最大限度地体验成功的喜悦和自我价值。
这一切对教师和学生提出了更高的要求和众多的挑战。
首先要求教师体会与老教材的“交际性教学法”是有区别的,尽管任务型教学的确是从交际教学理论上发展起来的,在国外有重要影响的语言教学理论。
而我们有时还习惯性地使用交际性教学法。
在听力课,写作课和语法课中未能很好地体现任务型的教学方法。
其次是课堂中只为完成“任务”,不重视为任务而进行的知识,能力,信息和文化背景的准备,也不对任务加以延伸,将完成任务流于形式,偏离任务型英语教学的真正轨道。
因为课时紧张,一个模块除了三单的课时间安排外,其实课时是不够的!应再课后巩固训练课。
甚至有时一个单元要上两个课时才能解决问题。
在教学中也遇到学生对教师的依赖心理。
学生自己课外的语言输入少,习惯于单一地接受和模仿的被动学习方式。
在接受和完成任务时一时很难主动形成师生,生生间的互动局面。
以上这些也会引起英语教师的重视的。
因为任务型教学给教师和学生带来了更高的要求。
为此,教师应做到:准确把握新课程标准的理念,目标和内容,运用教育学和心理学的理论,
研究语言教学的规律;根据学生的心理特征和实际情况,选择和调整英语教学策略,灵活运用各种教学技巧和方法;掌握现代教育技术,开发英语教学资源;自觉加强中外文化修养,拓宽知识面;不断对自己的教学行为进行反思,努力使自己成为具有创新精神的研究型教师。

作为一个的英语教师,概念化的解释和程序化的分析,而不求助于情景的感染和形象的描述,就会使课堂语言平淡、气氛沉闷,学生不能全身心地投入英语学习中。
那么,学生原有的兴趣和想学好英语的良好愿望就会很快丧失殆尽。
所以我们应该多多吸收直接教学法的长处,重视情景教学。
要使学生具有创新意识,教师必须要有创新精神,敢于对教材进行新的探索与研究,而不要教材的奴隶,照本宣科。
要使学生“吃得好,吃得饱”,“巧设情景、以动激趣,力求创新”的教学思想应贯彻始终。
教学随笔第五篇
先说说背单词。
有的同学为了学好英语,天天背单词,不惜把大量的时间都用到了背单词这上面来,早也背晚也背。
其结果不外乎两种:1.背会了,但很快又忘了。
如此反复几次,终于得出结论:本人太笨,不是学英语的料。
2.背会了,也记牢了。
但就是不会用,不能完整、正确地表达其所要表达的意思。
于是得出结论:英语太难了,不好学。
不管是前者,还是后者,都是殊途同归——放弃英语学习。
词汇学习固然非常重要,但一定要结合课文去学习,做到“词不离句,句不离篇”。
不仅如此,还要尽可能阅读大量的文章。
只有这样才能巩固和掌握词汇,也只有这样才能学会运用词汇。
有的同学在阅读英语文章时,边看边查单词。
这样,也能理解文章。
然而,这还远远不够。
学习英语和学习数学不一样。
对于数学,只要理解了就算会了。
而学英语和学语文很类似,学习英语不能只满足于“懂了”、“理解了”更不能满足于对单词,或只言片语的理解,而要积极创设英语的学习环境,不断地去练习,去运用,甚至要学会用英语思维。
可见,单纯地记单词和词组是不科学的,并且运用重于理解。
运用小组活动与提高英语课堂教学的关系。
目前,一些地方的英语课堂教学模式还是习惯于“填鸭式”,照本宣科满堂灌,形式单调,内容枯燥。
这种传统的以教师讲授为主的英语课堂教学,不符合新大纲要求,不利于学生灵活运用所学知识,不利于发展学生的独立思维,尤其是难以使学生的个性、主人翁精神得到充分的发挥。
而应该也能使学生有机会相互切磋求解、相互合作。
学生的各种能力都得以锻炼和发展,学生成绩能够大面积提高
教学随笔第六篇
教学活动的设计体现了学习语言是为了做事情;在做事情的过程中学习语言的原则。
师生共同参与,使学生体会到真正地什么叫“用英语做事情”。
这样改变了过去以教师为中心的讲授方式和学生被动的接受学习方式。
努力鼓励每个学生都参与到教学活动实践中去,使学生在活动过程中逐步建构语言知识和形成语言技能。
培养用语言进行交流的能力,从而也激发、调动学生学习英语的积极性和兴趣。
这对于有一定英语基础的初一学生来说是十分必要的!教学随笔第七篇
初一学生起始阶段,应该充分利用属于自己的时间,上好每一堂课,每一个早读。
课堂是学生学习成败的关键,是学习过程中最关键的一个环节。
我努力做到上好每一堂课,精讲多练,当堂问题当堂解决,不把负积累带到课下,尽量减少学生的课外负担。
典型的试题和练习,如涉及到当堂课的知识点练习,尽量放在课堂上做,效果好,并给出评价。
让学生时刻明白自己的问题所在。
教学随笔第八篇
帮助学生养成良好的“五环节学习法”的习惯,充分利用整块和零碎时间。
开始可以手把手的教给他们如何预习和复习,帮助他们合理分配自己的时间。
如:小时间的利用:1)可利用课前五分钟让学生高效率复习上节内容和预习本堂课要讲的内容,并一定要做好检查验收工作,这个时候学生的注意力最集中,效果最好。
2)教学生将每单元中重难点和学生自己的疑点和难点书,可充分利用小时间,随时翻看记忆,把这重点,难点转化成为自己掌握最牢固的一部分。
3)为适应学生的要求,加强学生的听力和阅读能力,每周,利用课前五分钟训练学生的听力以及实际运用语言的能力,为学生打造一个属于他们的平台,以起到滴水石穿的效果。
