My Health and Fitness
Good afternoon my dear teacher, boys and girls. My name is Nancy, and I am from College of Science. Today my topic is: what I miss most about my hometown. Nowadays, wa all live a quite fast-paced lifestyle. There is so much pressure from all aspects of our life. And we are always have so much work to do. So we have very little time to concentrate on our health. For example, irregular diet makes me have a tummy bug. Long time working makes me short sight. And because of no time for exercise, I am kind of acalcerosis.
As for my health habits, there are some good parts and some bad parts. As for my diet, I eat fruits every day, and I eat eggs and drink milk often. But I always go to bed very late, and work for hours at a stretch sometimes. On workdays, if the time is ample enough, I will try to go on foot. On weekends, I will make some time to do a little exercise. But I can never last for over an hour when I do exercise. The form of exercise that I do is also kind of monotonous. Talk of stress, it comes from two sides. On the one hand, it comes from my own life. First of all, sometimes there is too much work to do in a short period of time. Second, my parents do not want me to be too tied and busy. They always do not let me work. So if there are too much work for me in a short period time, I won’t be worried. And finish the task follow the prescribed order. At the same do not work at home.
In regard to my lifestyle, it is not healthy enough. So I plan to make some improvement and changes. First of all, I will do exercise more often. Try to do exercise at least twice a week and longer than an hour every time. Eat a balanced diet. For example, eat an egg and drink a glass of milk every day. Second, I would make a good work and rest schedule. I will get up before seven o’clock and go to bed before twenty-three o’clock. Arrange working time reasonablely, make more time to relax, and improve work efficiency.
Health and fitness are very important for our daily life. But they are always neglect by us. If they are not in a good state, we will feel uncomfortable, even fall ill. So no matter how busy we are, we should eat a balanced diet, make a regular working schedule, and often do exercise. Only in this way can we in a working condition, and
enjoy the happiness of our life.
