Article 6条款61.If the dispute takes place between the customer and the contractor, it will be resolved through consultation.While consultation doesn’t work, the dispute will be solved through The Arbitration Law.如客户方和合同方之间发生争议,双方将进行协商解决。

如果无法协商,争议将依照仲裁法解决。

2.If the customer and the contractor don’t execute the obligation according to this contract, pay the amountof money, and the other behavior to make the contract can not be continued, the customer or thecontractor should be responsible for breaking the contract, and pay forfeit.
