一、活动背景：1、夏季天气炎热，很少有适合室外进行的体育活动;2、酷暑难耐，很多体育爱好者家少锻炼时间，或闭门不出;3、传统的篮球、足球等球类比赛已经很难激起大家娱乐的兴趣;4、炎热夏季，每个人都渴望能够在水里进行一些娱乐活动。
二、水上趣味运动会的作用：1、同室外体育活动一样，锻炼身体，增强体质;2、由于水上趣味项目创意的新颖性，最大程度的娱乐参赛者;3、提高团队协作意识和团队凝聚力;4、为家庭成员搭建交流平台，增进沟通和理解;三、水上趣味运动会：水上趣味运动会是在游泳馆进行的，以水上趣味项目为主要内容进行的水上娱乐活动。
水上趣味运动项目有：1、同心协力一家人：游戏介绍：三个游泳圈缠在一起，家长孩子一人钻一个洞，三个家庭一组，同时出发，计时，六个家庭按用时长短来得分，用时最少家庭6分，第二少家庭5分，依此类推。
游戏规则：家庭成员胳膊必须都在游泳圈以上。
2、我家宝贝要出巡：游戏介绍：把自家宝贝放在游泳圈里(也可以是大人)，后面有两个家庭成员游泳推送，看谁最快把自家“宝贝”送到终点，游戏规则：不能有任何一人落伍。
3、团结一心大行动：游戏介绍：水底有各种各样的小球，一名家长负责从水底里捞，孩子在游泳圈里负责把捞到的球交给岸边的家长，岸边的家长负责把球放到指定位置的篮筐，三分钟内捞球最多的算获胜。
游戏规则;一次只能捞一球最后三个环节算总成绩，得分最多获胜，依此类推，前两名有奖品，其余参赛家庭均有纪念品。
为了此次活动更加圆满，诚征奖品赞助单位。
回报形式：1、15″广告两周。
2、活动现场由主持人播报奖品赞助单位。
