太阳能电池板智能充电器使用说明书

太阳能电池板智能充电器使用说明书充电及超压指示:当系统连接正常,且有阳光照射到光电池板时,充电指示灯(1)为绿色常亮,表示系统充电电路正常;当充电指示灯(1)出现绿色快速闪烁时,说明系统过电压,处理见故障处理内容;充电过程使用了PWM方式,如果发生过过放动作,充电先要达到提升充电电压,并保持30分钟,而后降到直充电压,保持30分钟,以激活蓄电池,避免硫化结晶,最后降到浮充电压,并保持浮充电压。
如果没有发生过放,将不会有提升充电方式,以防蓄电池失水。
这些自动控制过程将使蓄电池达到最佳充电效果并保证或延长其使用寿命。
蓄电池状态指示:蓄电池电压在正常范围时,状态指示灯(2)为绿色常亮;充满后状态指示灯为绿色慢闪;当电池电压降低到欠压时状态指示灯变成橙黄色;当蓄电池电压继续降低到过放电压时,状态指示灯(2)变为红色,此时控制器将自动关闭输出,提醒用户及时补充电能。
当电池电压恢复到正常工作范围内时,将自动使能输出开通动作,状态指示灯(2)变为绿色;负载指示:当负载开通时,负载指示灯(4)常亮。
如果负载电流超过了控制器1.25倍的额定电流60秒时,或负载电流超过了控制器1.5倍的额定电流5秒时,故障指示灯(3)为红色慢闪,表示过载,控制器将关闭输出。
当负载或负载侧出现短路故障时,控制器将立即关闭输出,故障指示灯(3)快闪。
出现上述现象时,用户应当仔细检查负载连接情况,断开有故障的负载后,按一次按键即恢复正常输出。
负载开关操作:控制器上电后默认负载输出为关闭,在正常情况下,每按一次按键,负载输出即改变一次开关状态。
当负载输出为开时,负载指示灯(4)常亮;当负载为关闭时,负载指示灯(4)常灭;当负载过载时,故障指示灯(3)慢速闪烁,当负载发生短路时,故障载指示灯(3)快速闪烁。
负载过载或短路控制器均会关闭输出。
第一次发生负载短路30秒后自动恢复输出若还没排出短路故障只能手动恢复输出。
如复位过载、短路保护,排出负载的短路或过载故障,按一次按键,即恢复正常输出。

well-ventilated place,avoiddirect sunlight,high temperature and do not install in location where water can enter the controller.2)Please select correct screw to fix the controller on the wall orother platform.Screw M4or M5,Screw cap diameter less than 10mm.3)Please reserve enough space between the wall and controller,to allow for cooling and cable connection.4)The mounting holes distance is180mm*70mm,diameter of thehole is5mm.Controller Connection1)All terminals are in tight status after factory,in order towell connected,please loose all terminals at first.2)The following order of connection please do not free change,orcause system voltage recognition fault.3)As figure,first connected the battery to controller correct poles.In order to avoid short circuit,please screw the cable of battery to the controller in advance,then connected to battery poles secondly.If your connection is correct,the LCD displaying will show battery voltage and other technical data.If LCD no indicate,please check the fault.The length of cable between battery and controller as shorter as possible.Suggest to30CM -100CM.●If short circuit happened on the terminals ofcontroller,it will be result in fire or explode.Pleasebe careful.(We strongly suggest to connecting afuse at the battery side1.5time of rated current of controller.)●If the battery reverse connection,the output of controller alsosame with battery polarity,please do not connect any load with controller at that time,or the load and controller will be destroyed.4)As figure,connected solar panels with controller correctly,if theconnection is successful and sunshine is full,the LCD will show solar panel and an arrow from solar panel tobattery will be light.The voltage of solar panel is very high under sunshine,high voltage can cause injury or destroy controller.As figure,connected loads with controller correctly.Under48Vsystem,the reverse connection of solar panel will be destroy the solar charge controller.In order to avoiding injury from load voltage,please close to the output of controller with buttonat first,then connected the load on the controller.The controller do not offer reverse connection protection for load,so please take care,reverse connection for load will be destroy bulb.⏹About ground connection of solar systemPlease noted,this solar charge controller designed by all positive connection,all components inside the controller are positive combined together.If your solar system needs ground connection, please let positive ground connection.Warning:For some force to ground connectedsystem,such as solar communication system,portable solar system,they are negative groundconnected,at this time please do not positive connected,or can cause short circuit.Operation and 使用说明书1.本控制器为12V/24V 自动适应,首次安装时,请确保电池有足够的电压,以便控制器能够识别为正确的电池类型。
2.将控制器尽量靠近电池安装,以避免电线过长造成压降,影响正常电压判断。
3.本控制器适用于各种铅酸电池(包括开口,密封,胶体等),锂离子电池,磷酸铁锂电池。
4.本控制器只能使用光伏板作为充电源,请勿使用直流或其他电源作为充电源。
6.本控制器运行的时候会发热,请注意将控制器安装在平整,通风良好的表面。
1.采用工业级主控芯片。
2.红外遥控设置,LED 显示,断电记忆功能,IP68防护等级。
3.完整的四阶段PWM 充电管理。
4.内置过流/短路保护,开路保护,反接保护,均为自恢复型,不损伤控制器。
5.双MOS 防倒灌电路,超低发热量。
1.将蓄电池正负极按图示接入控制器,控制器将会自动检测蓄电池电压,并依据检测到的电池电压进行系统类型识别。
2.将负载正负极按图示接入控制器,注意不要反接。
3.将太阳能板按图示接入控制器。
注意:请严格按照以上顺序进行接入,否则可能会损坏控制器。
拆卸顺序与接线顺序相反。
1.控制器通电后,控制器首先对电池电压类型进行识别,如果电池电压低于18V ,则识别为12V 系统,如果高于18V ,则识别为24V 系统。
2.识别完系统电压后,用户可将遥控器对准红外接收口,按下想要的电池类型,此时蓝灯闪烁,设置即完成,无需重启。
3.本控制器支持3种电池类型,分别是:12V 铅酸电池(包括免维护型,开口型,胶体型等)11.1V 锂离子电池(3串,即3*3.7V ,包括容量型和动力型)12.8V 磷酸铁锂电池(4串,即4*3.2V )如果是24V 系统,则分别对应:24V 铅酸电池(包括免维护型,开口型,胶体型等)22.2V 锂离子电池(6串,即6*3.7V ,包括容量型和动力型)25.6V 磷酸铁锂电池(8串,即8*3.2V )4.设置完电池类型后,再选择负载的工作模式,其中系统(24H )为负载常开模式,即负载输出一直通电(除非低电保护),光控(D2D )表示负载为白天关闭,晚上打开,1-13则表示负载为晚上打开后,延时1-13小时后关闭,其中后2种模式一种用于太阳能照明系统,能够实现无人自动值守和控制。

一、主要特点
1. 使用微处理器和专用控制算法,实现了智能控制。 2. 五种负载工作模式:纯光控、光控+定时、手动、调试模式、常开模式。 3. 具有先进的市电互补切换功能,采用市电单独给负载供电而非市电直接加到蓄电池上面的接入方式,可减小市电对蓄电池
和市电电源造成的损坏,能有效减少市电电源功率配置。整个切换过程实现软切换,不会对负载和蓄电池造成冲击,负载 工作不受影响。 4. 具有市电检测功能,当有市电时,蓄电池电压下降到市电切换电压点时自动切换到市电供电,无市电时,蓄电池持续放电 到过放点后关闭输出。 5. 科学的蓄电池管理方式,当出现过放时,对蓄电池进行提升充电,进行一次补偿维护,正常使用时,使用直充充电和浮充 结合的充电方式,每 7 天进行一次提升充电,防止蓄电池硫化,大大延长了蓄电池的使用寿命;同时具有高精度温度补偿。 6. 参数设置具有掉电保存功能,即系统模式和控制参数等重要数据均保存在芯片内部,掉电后不丢失,使调节更加方便,系 统工作更可靠。 7. 充电回路采用双 MOS 串联式控制回路,使回路电压损失较使用二极管的电路降低近一半,充电采用 PWM 模糊控制,使充电 效率大幅提高,用电时间大大增加。 8. LED 直观显示太阳能电池、蓄电池、负载和市电的状态,数码管显示调节参数,让用户实时了解系统运行状况。 9. 具有过充、过放、过载保护以及独特电子短路保护与防反接保护,所有保护均不损害任何部件,不烧保险;具有 TVS 防雷 保护,无跳线设计,可提高系统的可靠性、耐用性。 10. 所有控制全部采用工业级芯片和精密元器件,能在寒冷、高温、潮湿环境正常运行。同时使用晶振定时控制,使定时控制 更加精确。 11. 双位数字 LED 显示,一键式操作即可完成所有设置,使用方便直观。
调试模式 (16):用于系统调试时使用,有光信号时即关闭负载,无光信号开通负载,方便安装调试时检查系统安装的正确性。
常开模式 (17):上电负载一直保持输出状态,此模式适合需要 24 小时供电的负载。 4、工作模式设置表

纯光控 (00):当没有阳光时,光强降至启动点,控制器延时 10 分钟确认启动信号后,根据设置参数开通负载,负载开始工作; 当有阳光时,光强升到启动点,控制器延时 10 分钟确认关闭信号后关闭输出,负载停止工作。 光控+时控 (01 ~ 14):启动过程与纯光控相同,当负载工作到设定时间就自动关闭,设置时间 1 ~ 14 小时。 手动模式 (15):该模式下用户可以通过按键控制负载的打开与关闭,而不管是否在白天或是晚上。此模式用于一些特殊负载的 场合或是调试时使用。

三、安装及使用
1. 控制器安装要牢靠,尺寸如下: 外形尺寸:133.5×70×34(mm) 安装尺寸:126×50(mm)
2. 导线的准备:使用与电流相匹配的电缆,计划好长度,将接控制器一侧的接线头剥去 5mm 的绝缘,尽可能减少连接线长度, 以减少电损耗。
3. 连接蓄电池:注意+,-极,不要接反。如果连接正确,蓄电池指示灯会亮,否则,请检查连接是否正确。 4. 连接太阳能板:注意+,-极,不要接反,如果有阳光,太阳能板指示灯会亮,否则,请检查连接是否正确。 5. 连接负载:将负载连接线接入控制器,电流不能超过控制器额定电流,并注意+,-极,不要接反,以免损坏设备。 6. 市电连接:将市电接入,注意+,-极,不要接反,如果有市电,DC 指示灯会闪烁,否则,请检测市电电源连接是否正确。

本控制器专为太阳能直流供电系统、太阳能直流路灯系统、小型太阳能电站系统设计,使用专用电脑芯片实现了智能化控制, 所有芯片均采用工业级别,可以在恶劣的环境下使用。系统具有短路、过载、和独特的防反接保护,充满、过放自动关断、恢复 等全功能保护措施,详细的充电指示、蓄电池状态、负载、市电及各种故障指示。本控制器通过电脑芯片对蓄电池电压、光电池 电压、放电电流、环境温度等参数进行采样,通过专用控制模型计算,实现符合蓄电池特性的放电率、温度补偿修正的高准确控 制,并采用了智能高效的 PWM 模糊充电方式对蓄电池进行充电,保证蓄电池工作在最佳状态,大大延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。 本控制器还具有多种工作模式,可满足不同用户各种需要。对于具有自动识别的型号,系统上电时将检测系统电压,如果是 12V 系统数码管显示“12”;如果是 24V 系统数码管将显示“24”。
