高温固体自润滑涂层的组织及性能徐娜1，2，常新春2，张甲2，侯万良2，张春智2，全明秀2（1沈阳工业大学 辽宁沈阳 110178 2 中国科学院金属研究所 辽宁沈阳 110016）①摘要：高温固体自润滑涂层由于其极好的附着性及摩擦学性能，已成为箔片空气轴承用高温固体润滑涂层的首选。
本文对国外高温固体自润滑涂层的研究进展进行了综述，重点阐述了该涂层的摩擦学性能，并与本所研制的高温固体自润滑涂层的组织及性能进行了比较。
结果表明，研制的涂层组织结构均匀，涂层结合强度明显高于国外，且低温摩擦学性能优于国外，高温摩擦学性能与国外相当。

In this paper the development of high temperature solid self-lubricanting coating, especially on the tribological property, was summarized, and compared to microstructure and property of high temperature solid self-lubricanting coating fabricated by IMR. The results show that compared to coating reported by abroad, the coating studied here possesses uniform microstructure, higher adhesive strength, good low and high temperature tribological property.Key words: High Temperature Solid Lubricanting Coating; Tribological Property; Plasma Spray箔片空气轴承是动压气体轴承的主要形式，因其正常高速运行时以周围的空气作为润滑剂，大大拓宽了轴承的工作温度和速度，但是，在起动和停车阶段，由于速度低不足以形成气膜，致使轴和箔片之间产生滑动接触，引起严重磨损。

核心素养在小学英语教学中的渗透
2020 年 17 期183New Generation最近几年，随着我国教育事业的快速发展，小学基础教学也凸显了其重要的地位。
英语学科的核心素养，包含文化品质、思维能力、语言能力、学习能力等。
这些方面，是学生全面发展的需要，也是英语教学应实现的育人目标。
核心素养，强调人的思维，是对教育目标的诠释，因此，核心素养的培养，是目前教育界的重心和主题。
一、小学英语教师要提高自身文化素养教师被誉为人类灵魂的工程师，这是对教师最大的肯定。
这就要求教师应当遵循学生观、教师观和教师职业道德规范。
在日常学习生活中，要进一步提高自身文化素养，弥补知识的不足，树立终身学习的意识，做终身学习的典范。
这也符合了当下新教育思想“核心素养”的理念。
在小学英语课堂教学中，教师应当具有丰富的知识储备。
这样传输给学生的知识就会更丰富、更具内涵，也易于学生产生情感上的共鸣，带领学生在核心素养的理解与感悟上更上一层楼。
例如，在教授陕旅版五年级英语上册Unit 4 《At Table》时，不仅要教会学生基础知识，还要向学生介绍中西方饮食文化的差异，激发学生了解西方饮食文化的兴趣。
因此，教师自身没有过硬的文化素养是不行的。
二、核心素养下要积极利用思维导图小学英语教师要想在核心素养下进行教学策略的优化，利用思维导图组织课堂教学就是很好的选择。
它将有力地促使小学生对英语阅读有更进一步的理解，提高阅读的效率。
比如，教师要针对学生形成英语阅读思维进行相应的思维导图指导，我们可以在小学生阅读前、阅读过程中以及阅读后进行相应的教学探究，从而指导学生形成良好的英语思维，进一步增强小学生的英语文化意识。
研究表明，利用思维导图进行阅读能力培养，对小学生的英语学习有极大的影响作用。
例如，教师在完成陕旅版四年级英语下册Unit 1 《Our New House》的教学任务之后，在进行“My house”的写作训练时，教师就可以引导学生构建思维导图，以空间顺序为基础，先写客厅（living room），然后写书房（study），再写卧室（bedroom）等。

• A computer is an electronic device which perform tasks or calculations according to a set of instructions, or programs. • Computers work through an interaction of hardware and software.Hardware refers to the parts of a computer that you can see and touch,including the case and everything inside it. Software refers to the instructions, or programs, which tell the hardware what to puter software can be divided into two every broad categories- system software and application software.
