大家好,我说课的内容是外研版七年级英语下册第八模块第二单元。

I was born in Quincy.教材分析:本模块以谈论“过去的生活”为话题,要求学生掌握含有be(was/were)的一般过去时的句子,并能谈论自己、他人过去的生活。

本节课为读写课,要求学生通过使用be的过去式展开以读写为主的语言实践练习活动,通过描述自己的家乡及过去的生活掌握was/were及there be 的过去式。

学情分析:在第一单元里学生已经掌握了be 的过去式及用法,第二单元在此基础上增添了但学生对美国两位总统知道的很少,在学习本单元之前教师要作简单介绍。

教学目标:
基础知识:(1)正确使用重点词汇:bedroom,garden,kitchen,living room,pond,tree等。

(2)was/were及there be 句型的过去式的用法。

(3 )with 结构用法。

能力目标:能读懂描述过去生活的短文。

并用be的过去式及there be 的过去式描述个人过去的生活。

情感目标:通过本单元的学习,培养学生热爱家乡、热爱故土。

珍惜童年的思想感情。

重点:掌握there be 的过去式及with结构表伴随。

难点:正确运用be及there be 的过去式描述过去的生活。

教法:本节课主要采用任务型教学并结合市教科院提出的“三四五”课堂教学模式展开教学,使学生在教师指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与合作等方式实现任务目标,感受成功。

本节课是读写课,在阅读训练上主要采用启发性原则、循序渐进原则、巩固性原则、理论联系实际的原则,并贯彻讲解法、课堂问答、练习、指导法等组织教学,教学策略是以学生为中心以教师为主导。

教学辅助手段是投影仪、录音机等。

学法:本节课主要采用自主学习与合作探究相结合的方式。

单词的学习、阅读材料的预习及相关语法主要是通过学生自主学习来完成。

阅读材料的处理主要采用自主学习与合作探究相结合的方式,使学生通过比较归纳、分析概况阅读材料,培养学生的观察力、创造力、思维能力及反应能力。

教学过程:首先是导入,一节课的良好开始,对于整节课教学顺利进行起着重要作用,教师别出心裁,精心设计,能够使学生感到新奇独独特,引起求知欲望,促进其积极主动地投入到语言学习和探究活动中去,愉快的进入学习状态。

所以本单元开始,先以多媒体展示美国两位总统的图片,并向同学们介绍:They were the presidents of America. Their names are John Adams and John Quincy Asams.让同学们观察他们的名字并询问:what’s the difference between their names? Can you guess the birthplace。
