具有可变样本容量的非正态EWMA控制图薛丽【摘要】为了提高控制图的监控效率,本文研究非正态分布下,E WMA控制图的可变样本容量设计问题。

首先利用 Burr分布近似各种非正态分布,构造可变样本容量的非正态 EWMA控制图;其次运用马!科夫链法计算可变样本容量非正态E WMA 控制图的平均运行长度;然后与传统的非正态 E WMA 控制图进行比较得出:当过程中出现小波动时,可变样本容量的非正态 E WMA控制图能够更快地发现过程中的异常波动,具有较小的平均运行长度,其监控效率明显优于传统的非正态 E WMA控制图。

关于Arnold运动模糊和导出StandIn的问题直线网笔者通过研究发现,Arnold MtoA有几项BUG,尤其是在导出带有模糊信息的物体时,BoundingBox计算不正确,为了举例说明,笔者做了一个小测试,将一个标准的几何体 box做了一段动画,在第一帧box位置为-1,0,0,记录关键帧动画,然后在第三帧box位置为1,0,0,记录关键帧动画,打开maya渲染设置,在Arnold Render下,Motion Blur下设置step为2 ,length设置为2,Postion 设置为中心(版本不同,参数不同,内核一样的),这样设置的目的是为了导出第一帧和第三帧的矩阵信息以作运动模糊计算,然后导出StandIn,记住勾选Motion Blur Enable,在新场景里导入之前导出的StandIn,然后用Instance 复制StandIn,位置随便放,然后关闭Motion Blur再一次导出所以物体(Arnold MtoA的另一个bug就是在导出嵌套物体时,不一定能正确导出,多尝试几次就可以了,非常让人无语),在另一个新场景里又导入之前导出的那个带所以物体的Arnold MtoA,结果如下图:C 为默认导入,以BoundingBox方式显示,B为Per Object Bounding Box方式显示,C为笔者计算正确后的BoundingBox后再倒入Maya,也以BoundingBox 方式显示,这样看或许都没问题,但打开渲染窗口渲染的时候会发现问题,如下图结果很显然了,前两种结果都不正确,笔者结论是,在选择导出StandIn时,非常有必要导出BoundingBox信息,因为不光是在加载的时候更加快速,最主要的目的是获得正确的物体大小,以作渲染,如果不导出BoundingBox信息,再遇到这类情况,需要模糊信息的StandIn时,就会出错,但又由于Arnold MtoA 的bug问题,再导出带运动模糊物体的时候,不能正确导出BoundingBox,所以也会出错,因此Arnold MtoA的开发工作还有待完善…………或许有人会问,作者为什么要导出带模糊信息的物体喃,因为笔者想用嵌套代理物体做大量场景的时候,还能正确渲染运动模糊信息,其实最正确的做法是重新开发一套Procedural,不过这是非常复杂的.直线网。

The humidity information is taken from the shape of the single water vapour line at 22.24 GHz (line width approx. +/-6 GHz) while the temperature profile is derived from the shape of the oxygen line around 60 GHz (line width approx. +/- 8 GHz. Because the lines are symmetrical, only one half of the line has to be measured for profiling. The lines are strongly pressure broadened (see Fig.3.1).Fig.3.1: Spectral features used for microwave atmospheric profiling Because of the pressure broadened line shapes, the information content of the water vapour line and oxygen line are limited to 3 (water vapour) and 4 (oxygen line) independent degrees of freedom. This means that 3 numbers can usually completely characterize the shape of the water vapour line and 4 numbers can completely describe all the information in the oxygen line. This is similar to the fact that a point in space is uniquely defined by three numbers (three dimensions). Advantages / benefits of VRT
“A large citrus grove conducted a test on 222 acres of grove using a traditional fertilizer spreader versus a variable rate fertilizer spreader with eyes. The traditional method required 48 tons per application (3 applications per year). Using the VRT spreader, they reduced the amount applied to 37 tons, a savings of 11 tons per application. On an annual basis, it would result in a reduction of 33 tons applied to the 222 acres (23%). Extrapolating from this 222 acres to the approximately 12,000 acres that is owned by the company would result in an annual reduction of nearly 1800 tons of fertilizer going out – over 80 transport loads (22-ton each)! This company has received cost sharing for 10 VRT spreaders and hope to get funding this year for four more”.
