由中华医学会、中华医学会肾脏病学分会主办，海南省医学会承办的中华医学会肾脏病学分会20xx年学术年会受xx影响于20xx年x月x日在海南省海口市海南国际会议展览中心以线上线下结合的方式举行。
在本次中华医学会肾脏病学术年会的论文征稿中，xx市人民医院肾内科血液净化室医护团队以丰富的肾脏病临床经验参与论文投稿，共有来自李聃丹副主任医师和蒲锐副主任护师的2篇论文被录取参加年会交流。

xx市人民医院血液净化室不仅拥有优良的透析设施，技术精湛、经验丰富的医护人员，更注重医护人员日常学习及提升成长。
在科室陈xx主任带领下，李xx副主任医师《xx地区慢性肾脏病5期患者首次血液透析情况的研究》及蒲x副主任护师《分段式健康教育在围透析期患者中的应用》共计两篇学术论文入选中华医学会肾脏病学学术年会，更展示了中心医护人员潜心血液透析专科研究的丰硕成果。
原定这两位老师届时荣誉出席大会加强交流、学习、总结，以反哺科室医疗、护理与科研工作，但受突发xx影响，两位老师将继续坚守岗位、扛起责任，参与家乡xx防控，并在线上继续学习，不断总结科研与临床成果，不断前行。

《中华医学杂志》简介《中华医学杂志》(ISSN 0376-2491, CN 11-2137/R) 创刊于中华医学会成立的1915年。
创刊之初是中、英文双语期刊，英文刊名为National Medical Journal of China 。
1932 年，《中华医学杂志》的英文部分与中国博医会的英文杂志China Medical Journal （博医会报）合并，以Chinese Medical Journal 为刊名出版；中文部分仍称《中华医学杂志》继续出版，并继续保留National Medical Journal of China 的英文刊名，现在,在中华医学杂志的论著类文章中依然保留英文的作者姓名、通讯地址和严格的英文摘要。

Instructions for authorsChinese Medical Journal (CMJ) is an international, peer-reviewed general medical journal published in English semimonthly by the Chinese Medical Association and distributed worldwide. Manuscripts are welcome from any part of the world.MANUSCRIPT INFORMATIONManuscript requirementsManuscripts submitted to CMJ should meet the following criteria: the material is original; the writing is clear; the study methods are appropriate; the data are valid; the conclusions are reasonable and supported by the data.Manuscript submissionAuthors are required to submit their manuscripts online at .Previous publication or duplicate submissionManuscripts are considered with the understanding that they have not been published previously and are not under consideration by another publication. The full term for which an abbreviation stands should precede its first use in the text unless it is a standard unit of measurement.Ethical requirementFor experimental investigations of human subjects, state in the Methods section that an appropriate institutional review board approved the project. For those investigators who do not have formal ethics review committees,the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki2 should be followed. 《中华肾脏病杂志》是由中国科学技术协会主管，中华医学会主办，为我国内、儿科肾脏病学科领域最高水平的专业期刊，中山大学出版并向国内外公开发行的肾脏病学的专业学术期刊，同时也是中华医学会肾脏病学分会的专业性学术期刊。
对促进肾脏病学术交流及发展起着重要的指导作用。
中国科技期刊引证报告显示，本刊被引频次和影响因子均名列同类杂志之首，已成为国内较有影响力的核心期刊之一。
《中华肾脏病杂志》创办于1985年，月刊，规格为国际通用的大16开本，由《中华肾脏病杂志》编辑委员会编辑，中华肾脏病杂志编辑部出版，国际标准刊号ISSN1001-7097，国内统一刊号CN44-1217/R，邮发代号：46-106，单价：12.00，全年定价：144.00。
《中华肾脏病杂志》是国内肾脏病领域学术影响力和发行量最大的期刊。
现为全国中文核心期刊（北大1992、1996、2000、2004、2008版中文核心期刊目录（医药卫生类））,
是中国科技论文统计源期刊（2008年版中国科技论文统计源期刊），已被CA 化学文摘(美)(2009),CBST 科学技术文献速报(日)(2009),中国科学引文数据库(CSCD—2008)数据库和检索系统收录。
1．论著一般不超过5000字(包括摘要、图表及参考文献)；讲座、综述、会议纪要、临床病理(例)讨论类文稿字数可视具体情况而定；短篇论著(论著摘要)、病例报告等不超过2000字。
2．推荐信：来稿需经作者单位审核，并附单位推荐信。
推荐信应注明对稿件的审评意见以及无一稿两投、不涉及保密、署名无争议等项，并加盖公章。
如涉及保密问题，需附有关部门审查同意发表的证明。
3．投稿清单：(1)单位介绍信(推荐信)、医学伦理知情同意书；(2)题名及作者，作者单位，基金资助项目，项目负责人，Email，电话，传真，投稿日期；(3)中文摘要；(4)英文摘要；(5)正文：引言，材料与方法，结果，讨论，志谢，参考文献(视文章体裁选择相关项目)。
4. 投稿方式：从2007 年1月起，本刊将启用电子投稿：zhszbqk@，全面试行网上投稿、网上审稿、网上查询等方面的工作。
欢迎广大作者进行投稿和查询。
电子版：为了便于专家网上操作，同时需要提供文章的电子版（远程或E-mail ）。
电子版要注意查看下大小，如果超过5M，建议分部分发送到编辑部邮箱；如果特大，则建议对高分辨率图片进行一定的压缩，具体压缩方式为：首先图片要粘贴到Word里面，鼠标点图片，右键，设置图片格式，左下角有个“压缩”，点击它就可以把10几个M的图片压缩为几百K。
对于有高要求的图片，建议刻录光盘寄送到编辑部。
发E-mail时，务必要注明作者姓名，有稿号时也要注明稿号，每天邮件较多，这样可以方便查找。
5．医学伦理问题及知情同意：当论文的主体是以人为研究对象时，作者应说明其遵循
的程序是否符合负责人体试验的委员会(单位性的、地区性的或国家性的)所制订的伦理学标准，并提供该委员会的批准文件及受试对象或其亲属的知情同意书。
6．基金项目：论文所涉及的课题如为国家或部、省级以上基金或攻关项目，应在文章首页地脚以“基金项目：”作为标识注明基金项目名称，并在圆括号内注明其项目编号。
基金项目名称应按国家有关部门规定的正式名称填写，多项基金应依次列出，其间以“；”隔开。
如“基金项目：国家自然科学基金(30271269)；“十五”国家高技术研究发展计划
(2003AA205005 )。
”作为脚注的第一项，并须附基金项目证明复印件。
7．根据《中国人民共和国著作权法》，并结合本刊实际情况，凡接到本刊收稿回执后3个月内未接到稿件处理通知者，系仍在审阅中。
作者如欲投他刊，请先与本刊联系，切勿一稿两投。
一旦发现一稿两投，将立即退稿；而一旦发现一稿两用，本刊将进行如下处理：(1)刊登撤销该论文及该文系重复发表的声明，并在中华医学会系列杂志上通报；(2)向作者所在单位和该领域内的其他科技期刊进行通报；(3)2年内拒绝发表以该文第一作者为作者的任何来稿。
已在非公开发行的刊物上发表，或在学术会议交流过，或已用其他文种发表过(需征得首次刊登期刊的同意)的文稿，不属于一稿两投，但作者在投稿时必须注明。
已在一种杂志以摘要形式发表的论文可将全文投给其他杂志。
8．作者对来稿的真实性及科学性负责。
依照《中华人民共和国著作权法》的有关规定，本刊可对来稿做文字修改、删节。
凡有涉及原意的修改，则提请作者考虑。
修改稿逾期2
个月不寄回者，视作自动撤稿。
9．作者在投稿及修稿时，应明确作者及其顺序，有通讯作者的应注明，刊出时左下脚的通讯作者不能和第一作者相同，如果相同编辑部将删除，并不另行通知。
关于作者的相关问题如果改动必须提供书面的资料，以供编辑部备案。
