DHB分子式1. 什么是DHB?DHB,全称为二羟基苯甲酮(2,3-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde),是一种有机化合物。
它的分子式为C7H6O3,结构式为OH-C6H4-CHO。
DHB是一种白色结晶性固体,在室温下可溶于水和乙醇。

首先将苯甲酸与碱反应生成苯甲酸盐,然后与邻苯二酚进行缩合反应生成DHB。
3.2 氧化法苯甲醇经过氧化反应生成苯甲酸,然后再进行酚醛缩合反应,可以得到DHB。
3.3 其他方法除了上述方法外,还有一些其他方法可以合成DHB,如邻苯二甲酚与氧化剂反应、苯甲醛与间苯二酚反应等。
4. DHB的安全性DHB作为一种化学物质,在使用时需要注意其安全性:•DHB具有刺激性和腐蚀性,避免接触皮肤和眼睛。
•避免吸入DHB的粉尘或气体,以免引起呼吸道不适。

以曙红Y为稳定剂合成银纳米簇并用于pH的检测分析舒鑫宇,龙云飞*(湖南科技大学化学化工学院,湖南湘潭411100)Silver Nanoclusters were Synthesized with Eosin Yas Stabilizer and Used for pH DeterminationShu Xinyu,Long Yunfei*(Hu’nan University of Science and Technology,Xiangtan411100,China)Abstract:In recent years,silver nanoclusters(AgNCs)have received widespread attention due to their unique structure and excellent optical properties.In this study,Eosin Y was used as stabilizer,AgNO3and NaBH4were added as reaction reagents,and silver nanoclusters were prepared by chemical reduction.The AgNCs showed a strong fluorescence emission at512nm when excited at480nm.From the experiment,the degree of fluorescence quenching increases gradually with the decrease of pH between pH=2and pH=5.The linear of fluorescence regression equation of IF=27.76pH-39.59was obtained with the correlation coefficient of r=0.9960.Thus,a sensitive and rapid method was developed for the detection of pH.Keywords:Ag nanocluster;pH;Fluorescence spectra;UV absorption spectrum;TEM金属纳米团簇(NCs)是一种特殊的金属纳米粒子,通常由几个金属原子(如Ag、Au、Cu等)组成[1-4]。

5nm金纳米颗粒的吸光度标准曲线 一、引言 随着纳米科技的快速发展,纳米粒子在生物医学、材料科学等领域的应用越来越广泛。其中,金纳米粒子因其独特的光学性质和化学稳定性而备受关注。在生物医学领域,金纳米粒子常被用于构建生物探针、药物载体等。而在材料科学领域,金纳米粒子则可用于增强材料的光学性能、电学性能等。因此,建立金纳米粒子的吸光度标准曲线对其应用研究具有重要意义。
二、实验材料与方法 1. 材料
本实验所使用的5nm金纳米颗粒由某公司生产,其平均粒径为5nm,分散在水中。 2. 仪器与设备
实验过程中使用的仪器设备包括:紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)、电子天平、超声波清洗器、离心机等。 3. 方法
(1)标准溶液的制备:将5nm金纳米颗粒分别配制成浓度为0.1mg/mL、0.5mg/mL、1mg/mL、2mg/mL、4mg/mL的溶液。 (2)吸光度测量:使用UV-Vis分光光度计分别测量不同浓度5nm金纳米颗粒溶液的吸光度。测量时,将空白溶液作为参比,测试波长范围为300-800nm,间隔为1nm。每个浓度下至少测量三次,取平均值作为最终结果。 (3)标准曲线的绘制:以浓度为横坐标,吸光度为纵坐标绘制标准曲线。使用线性回归方法对实验数据进行处理,得到吸光度与浓度的关系式。
三、结果与讨论 1. 数据记录与处理
实验过程中记录不同浓度5nm金纳米颗粒溶液的吸光度数据如表1所示。通过对数据的处理和分析,得到吸光度与浓度的关系式为:A = 0.03C + 0.02(R² = 0.98)。其中,A表示吸光度,C表示浓度(mg/mL)。这一结果表明,在实验浓度范围内,吸光度与浓度呈线性关系。

凭借其独特的表面等离激元共振(SPR )特性及其高效的光热转换效率、生物毒性与良好的光稳定性,金纳米颗粒(Au NPs )已成为理想的光热治疗剂。
而高质量成像技术是实现有效光热治疗的可靠有力的工具,尤其是多模态成像技术,比起单一成像方式具有更卓越的性能,为更全面、更精准的肿瘤成像提供了可能,显著提高了非侵入性医学治疗的潜力。
NIR 光激发的稀土上转换纳米颗粒(UCNPs ),因其丰富的4f 电子结构展现出磁性、荧光、X 射线衰减和放射等多功能特性,使其作为造影剂在多模态成像领域展现了重要的应用前景。
因此, 构建NIR 光诱导的 Au NPs/UCNPs 复合纳米体系,可用于多模态成像引导下的光热治疗,有望成为癌症诊疗的一种新策略。
本文简单介绍了Au NPs 、UCNPs 的光学特性,重点综述了NIR 光诱导的UCNPs-Au NPs (纳米壳、纳米棒、纳米团簇)复合纳米体系在癌症光热治疗领域的最新研究进展,并对其实现诊疗一体化的未来进行了展望。

光谱法研究pH值对纳米银及其与赖氨酸相互作用的影响张磊;姬文晋;宋巍;陈志舜;赵肃清【摘要】利用化学方法合成纳米银,调节pH值,加入赖氨酸溶液,通过紫外光谱和动态光散射法研究pH对纳米银及纳米银-赖氨酸体系稳定性的影响,利用表面增强拉曼光谱考察赖氨酸与纳米银的相互作用方式.紫外光谱显示纳米银和纳米银-赖氨酸体系在pH值为5~10时,均具有较强的吸收峰;应用动态光散射测定了不同pH的纳米银及其赖氨酸体系的粒径及强度自相关函数,在pH值为5~10时,粒径分布均匀,DLS自相关曲线平滑,说明纳米银和纳米银-赖氨酸体系稳定性良好;SERS研究了pH为4、7、10时,赖氨酸在银粒子表面的吸附作用,体系出现比较明显的赖氨酸特征峰,当pH为4时,为δ(NH3+)的1444 cm-1谱峰和δ(COO-)的1576 cm-1,此时赖氨酸通过氨根和羧酸根共同与银纳米粒子发生相互作用,当pH为10时,NH3+发生去质子化,此时赖氨酸只出现COO-的伸缩振动在1576 cm-1处,说明此条件下赖氨酸以羧酸根吸附在银粒子表面.【期刊名称】《光散射学报》【年(卷),期】2016(028)003【总页数】6页(P203-208)【关键词】纳米银;赖氨酸;pH值;表面增强拉曼光谱;动态光散射【作者】张磊;姬文晋;宋巍;陈志舜;赵肃清【作者单位】广东工业大学轻工化工学院,广州510006;广东工业大学轻工化工学院,广州510006;广东工业大学轻工化工学院,广州510006;广东工业大学轻工化工学院,广州510006;广东工业大学轻工化工学院,广州510006【正文语种】中文【中图分类】Q517近年来,纳米材料由于特殊的物理和化学特性引起人们的关注,被广泛应用于生物医药、化学、环境等各个领域。

Abstract We present a newly designed colorimetric sensor sensitive to pH value based on a gold nanocomposite composed of gold nanoparticles and pH sensitive polymer{dodecylthioether end functionalized poly[2・(diethylamino) ethyl methacryiate],poty(DEAEMA)一DDT}.We have shown that this design can produce stable GNP precipitate under weakly basic condition(pH=7.5 and this precipitate can be dispersed in acidic solution(pH=4.O),due to the 2-(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate protonated by H .The precipitation-dispersion process is reversible and accompanied by distinct color change that arc clearlY visible to the naked eye.This development may have application in the controlled fabrication of reversible pH—sensitix c nanostructures and/or devices. 1 IntrodUction During the last decades gold nanoparticles (GNPs1 have been demonstrated to be an extremely versatile building block for nanoscience and 11ano— technologyl 一。。.The plasmon absorption bands of
GNPs arc depending on their shape size and arc very sensitive to local environment.Typically,mono— dispersing GNPs possess an absorption band around 520 nm.corresponding to red solution color,while aggregated GNPs exhibit one at longer wavelengths, corresponding to blue-purple solution color.Because assemblies of GNPs are often accompanied by distinct color changes colorimetric sensors using GNPs have been widely explored and have important application in the sensitive detection of DNA.proteins and metal- lic i0ns.g纪( 一 们.Genera11V.the colorimetric sensors
made from GNPs are based on the aggregation and polymerization of GNPs via the reaction of probe mo-- lecules onto the surface of GNPs with guest molecules. i.e.,analytes.The chromatic change from red to blue—purple was observed,depending on the concen— tration of analytes.However a,there are only few blue-to-red colorimetric or solubility-based sensors of GNPs for which the morphologic change is based on disassembly of gold nanocomposite[ 1一 31.
Previously,we have shown that thioethcr termi。 hated polymer liga_nds could be used to produce aqueous gold nanodispersions in one step with un’ precedented control over particle size distributions in the 1—5 nm size range and for biological applica- tions[ 一 卅.In this work.we described a unique pH
sensitive gold nanocomposite based on the solubility of GNPs combined with a pH-responsive polymer.In the ligand synthesis,the acidic monomer(methacrylic acid or acrylic acid)was replaced by basic 2-(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate.We showed that this design can produce stable GNP precipi_ tates/assemblies under weakly basic condition and this precipitate can be easily dispersed by changing the solution pH.
