风能资源/wind energy resources 大气沿地球表面流动而产生的动能资源。
空气的标准状态/standard atmospheric state 空气的标准状态是指空气压力为101 325Pa，温度为15℃（或绝对288.15K），空气密度1.225kg/m 3 时的空气状态。
风速/wind speed 空间特定点的风速为该点空气在单位时间所流过的距离。
