四.积极开展互相听课活动，努力提高教学质量和教学水平，要真正把教研室活动建设成为老师们推进教学和科研的重要平台，力争在“研”字上多做文章。
本学期规定每位老师至少听课10次，教研室主任至少听课10次以上;提倡老师们到其他教研室听课学习。
五.教研室课堂教学争取达到以下基本要求：1.知识传授要准确简练2.思想方法要揭示深刻3.重点难点要突出有方4.例题习题要创新有效5.师生交流要互动到位。
