若以P16mm户外显示屏为例,显示屏应在16㎡以上;若主要用于显示文字、数据、表格、三维图形、动画那么就应选择双基彩色灰度显示屏;若主要用于显示文字、数据、表格、二维图形那么就可选择双基彩色图文显示屏;若主要用于显示文字、数据、表格那么就可选择单色图文显示屏。

(3)信息容量与观看距离选择显示屏还须要考虑信息容量及较佳的观看距离。

显示屏显示信息内容是无限多的,但同时出现在一幅画面上的内容是有限的,当初定了显示屏的面积后, 应当计算显示屏的面积能否满足显示内容的需要。
