Startup Sequence由8个状态组成.除了7是固定的之外,其它几个的顺序是用户可设置的,而且Wait for DCM和DCI是可选的。

其中默认顺序如下:这些在ISE生成bit文件时通过属性页设定。

这几个状态的具体含义如下:Release_DONE : DONE信号变高GWE : 使能CLB和IOB,FPGA的RAMs和FFs可以改变状态GTS : 激活用户IO,之前都是高阻。

Xilinx PCIE IP支持器件分析1引言随着人工智能,大数据相关技术的发展,高速的PCIE设备需求与日俱增。

Xilinx公司在其高端的Ultrascale+,Ultrascale,Virtex7系列FPGA已经很好的提供了PCIE IP的支持。

但是对于PCIE3.x以及更高端的PCIE4.x FPGA的支持,Xilinx公司还处在前期的支持阶段,并不是所有的FPGA系列里面的FPGA器件都支持。

尤其对于高端的FPGA器件,价格比较昂贵。

本文档主要梳理Xilinx高端FPGA对PCIE IP相关的支持情况,供相关的设计开发人员进行合理的器件选型。

2IP分析Xilinx的Zynq系列FPGA,其PS(program system)部分一般会集成硬核的PCIE2.0x4的IP,更高端的带HBC功能的FPGA则会集成硬核PCIE3.0x4的IP。

这些硬核的IP只需要在PS的配置界面将其打开,并通过合理的配置就可以直接接入ARM处理器系统,直接就可以供软件开发人员进行相应的开发。

在Zynq的配置界面,如果需要能够更详细的配置PCIE硬核,尤其要将PCIE设备配置为Root Complex模式,需要将配置界面切换到Switch To AdvancedMode。

对于硬核模式的PCIE IP核,其由于完全固化,不具有一定的灵活性。

所以Xilinx公司还额外提供在非ZYNQ模型下,相关的IP核产品,主要有如下几种红线标识的产品。

◆7 Series Integrated Block产品主要提供的是AXI-Stream接口的PCIE IP,实现了PCIE的数据链路层,物理层以及高速串行收发器相关的功能。

硬件开发人员需要基于AXI-Stream接口开发相关的应用层逻辑。

该IP适合于硬件开发人员定制化的开发。

◆AXI Bridge for PCI Express Gen3产品只支持UltraScale和Virtex-7这两个系列的FPGA产品,可以支持到GEN3X16的PCIE速度等级。
