内容一:续费问题探讨。
本组主要讨论小升初,初升高如何让学生继续在星火学习的沟通方面的问题。
我们集中讨论家长可能会说的一些原因,针对性地给出回答这类问题的要点。
主要是以下几个方面:
1.家长可能的理由:学习已经够好;学习压力大;暑假有其他安排;兴趣不高,成绩不好彻底放弃;耽误休息,会太累;学费高;
2.探讨应对此类的要点。
一是说明小升初,初升高这个阶段跨越知识体系,难度有所加大。
二是针对成绩不好的学生,我们给出方案是从以下要点回答:成绩不好,更加要补;暑假时间周期长,补习效果好;可以改正学习方法,培养学习习惯;可以更好跟上节奏;新的起点,新的开始。
三是针对成绩好的学生,我们给出的方案要点是:学习潜力巨大,进一步提升;加带学习口语,了解国外文化,不仅仅只学课本;会合理安排学习内容,不会压力太大;提前预习,更好适应;收费有优惠。
四是说两者都可以结合讲述正反面例子。
我们还进行了模拟家长和老师的对话。
内容二:归纳初中知识点以及重难点便于咨询使用。
主要的知识点:时态,词法,不定式,比较级,并列句,感官动词,情态动词等。
内容三:讲述日常工作文件上交的及时性,上交录音记录,非毕
业班的计划问题的一个总结情况,上交反馈表问题,日常工作要做到位。
内容四:科组长讲述请假控制问题,不要让学生老是请假,表扬黄老师周末给学生免费上课,鼓励老师多和学生打好关系,便于续费。
内容五:安排科室负责问题,建议成员有空的时候多去看看,保持环境卫生。
内容六:听刘老师讲课及课堂点评。
内容七:八加十模拟试卷的阅读探讨。
