8、主要的信用形式:(1、商业信用:企业与企业之间进行商品往来时发生的信用,其主要方式是预付和赊销,相应的信用工具是商业票据。

商业信用作为典型的直接信用,具有交易直接而迅速、交易费用低等特点。

此外,商业信用在一点程度上扩大了商品交换渠道,调剂了商品市场,节约了社会流通费用,加速了资金的周转,对于商品生产和商品交换有较大的积极作用。

【缺陷】:1--授信规模具有很大的局限性;2--受商品使用价值流转方向限制;3--商业票据接受性有限;4--信用链条具有不稳定性。

(2、银行信用:通过各类金融中介机构,将货币转化为借贷资本,进行社会化资金分配的信用形式,其典型方式就是商业银行的存贷款业务。

银行信用具有规模大、成本低、风险小等优势,它大规模地促进社会资金全方位、多层次流动,是社会信用体系中最重要、最有效的信用形式。

在前三个模块自学了招呼、问候、查问姓名的基础上,本模块已经开始步入的主题就是颜色的自学。

本单元紧紧围绕“辨识并叙述物品的颜色”这一题材进行,建议学生听闻、拼字“red,green,blue,yellow,black”等崭新单词,以及灵活运用“it’s+color”句型了解物品的颜色。

颜色存有于我们的日常生活中,所以这一题材非常生活化,而且运用广为,切合学生的生活实际,就是学生感兴趣的话题之一,非常有利于学生自学和运用。

二、学情分析本课的教学对象为三年级学生。

三年级学生刚开始接触英语,对英语学习有很高的热情。

喜欢活动式的英语课堂。

喜欢在游戏中学,在动中学。

这就要求我们教师为学生创设足够的寓教于乐的学习空间。

但是劣势是几乎没有英语基础,缺乏如何科学快速的学习英语知识的策略。

因此,我们在讲授知识的同时,教给学生一定的学习策略是非常表必要的。

三.教学目标根据《新课标》中的阶段性目标和三年级儿童的年龄特点,我制订了以下教学目标:(1)知识目标:学生能听说、认读“red,green,blue,yellow,black”等新单词;使学生能灵活运用“it’s+color”句型介绍物品的颜色。
