参数设定操作

操作说明
1. 阀位跟踪及手动/自动切换操作: (1)正常工作状态下,按“ENT”键,仪表处于手动操作状态。按“▲/▼”键调节输出,再按 “ENT”键跟踪反馈信号无扰返回自动状态。 (2)操作器处于手动状态时,输入 O1 触点导通,信号指示灯亮,仪表跟踪操作器的阀位反馈信 号输出。O1 触点断开,无扰切换到自动状态。当不接反馈信号时,仪表自动消除阀位跟踪 功能,功能相当于一般的调节器。 (3)第一项操作优先于第二项操作。 2. 手动/自动无扰切换。 在任何状态下,按“ENT”键进入手动状态,副屏显示“×××” (“×××”表示 阀位输出百分比值)或“M/A ”LED 亮(带光柱) ,“▲”或“▼”可调节输出的大小,再 按“ENT”键退出。 3. 上位机控制输出 与上位机联网后,可由上位机直接控制仪表的输出,副屏显示“×××”。 4. PID 参数自整定操作 按下列步骤进行自整定操作: a. b. 按常规设定各参数,用手动调节方式证实系统工作正常。 将{}菜单中的{}参数设定为≤0, 将{}参数设定为调节器输出 0%时 的 PV 稳态值,并确认退出。此时,仪表副屏显示<.>(小数点常亮) ,或“AT”LED 亮(带光柱)表示仪表处于自整定准备状态。 c. d. 按下“ENT”键仪表进入自整定状态。此时,仪表副屏显示< .>(小数点闪烁)或 “AT”LED 闪烁(带光柱)表示仪表处于自整定状态。 自整定结束后,仪表进入 PID 调节。在{}菜单中可查调、、经整定 后的数值。 若自整定失败,仪表副屏显示的<.>闪烁或“AT”LED 亮(带光柱) 。 在自整定过程中或自整定失败后都可以按“ENT”键退回自整定准备状态,重新进行自 整定。 特别说明:自整定过程一般为(1~180)分钟,需要进行(1~2)次被调参数的上下循环。 自整定参数设置错误、中途断电、输入信号断线、输入信号超量程或自整 定时间超过 3 小时都可能导致自整定失败

[摘要]:本文从机、电、控三位合一的角度,对ME机FIVA阀的作用、原理、控制、动作,进行全面的叙述。
立足于机舱管理的实践,重点介绍FIVA阀管理要点。
[关键词]:FIVA阀导阀主阀电流值非对称结构液压弹簧比例电磁阀油门控制初始开阀1 导语FIVA阀的全称Fuel InjectionValve Activation。
在ME型柴油机上,以FIVA阀的动作,取代了MC机型的凸轮动作。
FIVA阀是ME型柴油机上关键部件之一,在高压环境下,进行高频的往复动作,所以该阀的故障率是较高的。
在设计制造时,该阀对材质、精度、间隙等要求非常高。
因此,在日常管理中,要了解FIVA阀的动作过程及控制原理,才能做到精心维护、保养,以确保FIVA阀的正常运行。
2 FIVA阀组成和作用柴油机每缸配套一只FIVA阀,它是一个带有电磁先导阀的电液式比例节流型换向阀,由导阀、主阀,位移传感器三部分组成。
气缸控制单元(CCU)对该阀进行全程控制,主阀芯位移传感器把阀芯位移信号反馈至CCU,进行比较后,CCU再输出新的信号以修正主阀芯的行程。
每个FIVA阀,控制该缸喷油及排气阀的动作。
有三大功能:1、精准执行燃油喷射定时,并通过FIVA阀,为燃油升压器驱动油缸提供液压动力。
2、精准执行排气阀定时,在排气阀开启和维持开启的不同状态,通过FIVA阀的控制,为排气阀驱动油缸提供不同的驱动动力。
3、通过控制液压动力油的流量,来控制燃油喷射量的大小,以满足柴油机的速度负荷的要求。

HKPS-MODBUS电动调节阀智能定位器使用说明书一、概述HKPS-MODBUS电动调节阀智能定位器(以下简称定位器)是和电动执行机构配套使用的。
具有体积小,可靠性高,具有MODBUS通信功能等特点,是在HKPS-ASM定位器基础上的改进产品,该定位器将控制执行机构的4~20mA电流信号,与执行机构当前位置信号进行比较,并根据偏差情况,控制电动执行机构开或关动作,使执行机构位置与输入信号平衡。
该定位器还具有手动功能,能满足更多用户现场调试的需要。
本手册包括HKPS-MODBUS技术指标,接线端子定义,按键和红外遥控器的使用方法等。

DVC 6000系列数字式阀门定位器是基于微处理器,把电信号转换 成气动信号的仪表。除了这一传统功能外,DVC 6000 系列数字式 阀门控制器可以通过用HART® 通信协议,很容易地访问对过程操 作至关重要的信息。

轴流阀的阀体包括两个可换的整流栅栏密合器,阀身,可扩张的 橡皮套环。

秦山---方家山核电调试二回路多数的流量调节阀阀位反馈调节CNPO 方家山调试队仪表组徐景虎2014/5/19调节阀阀位反馈调节指导说明书本文以FISHER调节阀美国爱默生TopWorx 阀门回讯器Valvetop阀门控制器TopWorx 阀为例准备工具:手操器475、万用表、扳手、螺丝刀、夹子、内六角。
操作步骤1.首先确认现场操作环境安全可以实施工作2.确认阀门本体完好,气源打开阀位反馈调节1)打开信号输入线盒盖和阀门回讯器Valvetop 盖子2)把手操器连接到信号输入接线端子上;万用表打到电流档,串在阀位反馈输出接线上3)手操器操作如下,依次进入每一个界面开关→HART→在线→Service Tools→Stroke→Not in Service →Step To Targe →输入所需开度数值(0--100)如图:阀位反馈调节手操器界面依次进入如下界面:阀位反馈调节阀位反馈调节阀位反馈调节阀位反馈调节阀位反馈调节阀位反馈调节完成以上步骤后开始进行阀门回讯器Valvetop的调节阀位反馈调节打开盖子后可以见到一个红色的常亮二极管灯,此时手册器已经给定数值0,阀门处于全关状态。
若阀门作用方式为正此时万用表电流显示应为4毫安,若为反作用方式则显示20毫安。
在灯下方有一个小的触电可以按动,在此称之为调节选择按钮简称G。
我们以正作用方式为例,如下:①按下G 8秒后松手此时红色灯为5-1闪烁,即先闪5次再闪1次再闪5次一次循环,此时电流变显示为2到3.5毫安左右,不必考虑。
阀位反馈调节②按下G 3秒,此时红灯循环闪烁3次,此时将手操器输入数值100,等待阀门稳定全开。
③按下G 3秒,此时此时正常状态红灯为常亮不会闪烁,电流变显示为20毫安。
④手操器进行数值变换,进行下行程和上行程验证,确阀位反馈的线性和其开度与所对应的电流值在误差范围内。
⑤若误差偏大,则在阀门全关状态重复①→④,误差一直偏大,重新选点调节:用扳手放松反馈摇杆臂紧固螺栓,根据误差大小左右旋转,重新确定稳定点,然后螺栓拧紧。

一:DVC6000简介DVC6000系列数字式阀门定位器是可以通讯的,基于微处理器的电—气转换仪表,除了把电流信号转换成气动输出压力这一标准功能之外,DVC6000系列数字式阀门定位器使用HART通讯协议可以很容易的访问对于过程操作的至关重要的信息,在控制阀上或现场接线盒处通过HART通讯器,或者在中控室里通过个人计算机或操作台,很容易的获取现场控制阀的重要运行信息。
使用IBM兼容的PC机或275HART手操器可以对DVC6000系列数字式阀门控制器进行多种操作,可以获取软件版本等级,信息串,位号等一般信息,也可以获取诊断信息以帮助你查找问题的原因,还可以组态输出输入参数,对阀门控制器进行校验。
DVC6000是为直接取代安装在阀门上的标准的气动或电气阀门定位器而设计的。
二:可供配置;DVC6010型----------用于直行程控制阀DVC6020型----------用于旋转式及长行程直行程执行机构DVC6030型----------用于纵向旋转式控制阀。
三:技术指标1、输入信号模拟信号输入:4-20m A ,对于模拟量控制,要求在仪表端子处获得的最小电压必须是10.5伏直流电,对于HART通讯,最小电压时11伏直流电.最小控制电流4m A,不致引起微处理器重新启动的最小电流3.5 m A最大电压30V过载电流保护,输入线路限制了电流,以防止内部损坏。
反极性保护:逆向回路电流不会导致仪表损坏。
2、输出信号:为执行机构要求的气动信号,最大可到到气源压力的百分之九十五。
最小范围0.4bar (6PSi)最大范围9.5 bar (140PSi)3、独立线性度输出范围的正负0.75%4、电磁兼容性,能满足现场具有电磁干扰的释放等级为B级的抗扰性。
5、工作环境温度限制,-40℃---85℃6、阀杆行程,最大0-102mm (4英寸)最小0-9.5mm(3/8英寸)四:安装为避免由于过程压力的突然释放或零部件的爆裂引起的人身伤害和财产损失,在安装定位器之前应该注意以下几点;1、断开向仪表提供的气源压力,电源或控制信号的一切操作线路,确保执行机构不会突然打开或关闭,对操作工况或人身造成危害。
ABB阀门定位器整理调试
ABB阀门定位器简易调试菜单接线+11-12控制信号输入端子(DC4---20mA,负载电阻欧姆) +31-32位置返馈输出端子(DC4---20Ma,DCS+24V供电)一、检查位置返馈杆的安装角度(如定位器与执行器整体供货,则已经由执行器供货商安装调试完毕,只需作检查确认,该步并非必须):按住MODE键。
并同时点击⇧或⇩键,直到操作模式代码显示出来。
松开 MODE键。
使用⇧或⇩键操作,使执行器分别运行到两个终端位置,记录两终端角度两个角度应符合下列推荐角度范围(最小角位移20度,无需严格对称)直行程应用范围在 -28º--- +28º之内。
角行程应用范围在 -57º--- +57º之内。
全行程角度应不小于25º二:菜单切换1.切换至参数配置菜单同时按住⇧和⇩键点击ENTER键等待3秒钟,计数器从3计数到0,松开⇧和⇩键程序自动进入配置菜单(使用⇧和⇩键选择定位器安装形式为直行程或角行程。
角行程安装形式(rotary):定位器没有返馈杆,其返馈轴与执行器角位移输出轴同轴心, 一般角位移为90º直行程安装形式(linear):定位器必须通过返馈杆驱动定位器的转动轴,一般定位器的返馈杆角位移小于60º, 用于驱动直行程阀门气动执行器。
)注意:进行自动调整之前,请确认实际安装形式是否与定位器菜单所选形式相符,因为自动调整过程中定位器对执行器行程终端的定义方法不同,且线性化校正数据库不同,可能导致较大的非线性误差。
出厂时的缺省设置为:linear2、从配置功能菜单中选择第其它组参数同时按住MODE和ENTER两键点击⇧键显示器显示“ SETPOINT”松开 MODE和ENTER两键显示器显示“ MIN_PGE3、各组参数选择按住MODE,点击⇧键选择项。
存储按住MODE键点击⇧键一次或多次,直到显示出“EXIT”松开MODE键用⇧或⇩键选择 NV_SAVE (若选择‘CANCEL’,此前所作修改将不予存储。
