热点问题问:通过手机短信发送指令到设备，为什么没有回复信息？TOP 答:可能由以下几方面因素而导致:1、设备无手机信号或断电关机，拨打设备上的SIM卡号，看是否有正常的接通声音；2、检查卡是否开通短信功能；3、检查卡上存储的短信，是否太多；4、可能短信网关的延迟；问:设备为什么离线了?TOP 答:离线是设备与服务器断开链接了，离线后设备的GPS数据就不能上传到服务器，所以在平台上看到的可能不是设备当前的位置。
通常有以下几种情况会导致离线：1.设备关机或断电了。
通过手机拨打设备内的SIM卡号，如果提示关机，或通过手机短信发送任意指令没有回复，就是这种情况。
确认一下设备供电线路是否有问题，线路是否断电，供电电压、电流是否在设备的额定电压、电流范围内。
2.设备无手机信号。
通过手机拨打设备内的SIM卡号，如果提示无法接通、不在服务区，就是这种情况。
尽可能将车停在信号条件较好的环境。
安装位置不要过于封闭，不要有金属物摭挡，尽量靠上安装。
（在地下车库、隧道、偏远闭塞等无手机信号的区域，会导致设备离线）3.SIM卡欠费，GPRS服务到期或套餐变化。
详情咨询SIM卡运营商（例：移动：10086、联通：10010），卡是否欠费，是否开通了上网功能，上网功能是否生效，套餐是否有变更，如果是移动的SIM卡，确认好GPRS接入点是否是cmnet。
附：设备离线后若不是以上情况，如果是GT02A，可尝试以下指令，按顺序发送FACTORY,666666# （恢复出厂设置，回复OK表示成功）， RESET,666666# （断电重启，回复OK表示成功）。
如果是GT06，可尝试发送 FACTORY,000000# 或 FACTORY,666666#（恢复出厂设置，回复Success!表示成功）。
问:车在开走了，为什么还显示在之前的位置？TOP答:如果是GT02A的设备，优先这样处理，手机编写短信：SENDS,666666,0# （关闭震动传感器，回复OK表示成功）。

详解GPS定位器GPS模块方案GPS定位器是内置了GPS模块和移动通信模块旳终端，用于将GPS模块获得旳定位数据通过移动通信模块传至Internet上旳一台服务器上，从而可以实目前电脑或手机上查询终端位置。

车载GPS定位器（GT02）通信格式说明一、定位信息容（终端 服务器）终端ID：十六进制，GT02采用的是终端的15位IMEI号作为终端ID。
例IMEI号为3456，则终端ID为：0x01 0x23 0x45 0x67 0x89 0x12 0x34 0x56. 信息序列号:开机后发送的第一条GPRS数据（包括心跳包和定位数据）序列号为‘1’，之后每次发送数据（包括心跳包和定位数据）序列号都自动加1信息容部分1、日期时间表示这条定位信息的时间，六个字节的分配如下：表四2、纬度占用4个字节，表示定位数据的纬度值。
数值围0至162000000，表示0度到90度的围，单位：1/500秒，转换方法如下：1、把GPS模块输出的经纬度值转化成以分为单位的小数；2、把转化后的小数乘以30000，把相乘的结果转换成16进制数即可如22°32.7658′，（22*60+32.7658）*30000 = 40582974，然后转换成十六进制数为0x026B3F3E。
3、经度占用4个字节，表示定位数据的经度值。
数值围0至324000000，表示0度到180度的围，单位：1/500秒，转换方法和纬度的转换方法一致。
4、速度占用1个字节，表示GPS的运行速度，表示围0～255，单位：公里/小时，5、航向占用2个字节，表示GPS的运行方向，表示围0～360，单位：度，以正北为0度,顺时针。
6、保留字节3字节全为0.7、状态位占用4个字节，用来表示手机的各种状态信息。
把4个字节看作32位，最低位为0位，最高位为31位，传送时先传送高位，再传送低位。

三. 基本规则
