危险性概述健康危害本品的主要损害为长期接触一定浓度引起肝脏损害及眼晶状体改变。
大量接触主要影响血液及肝脏,现较少见。
急性中毒:短期大量皮肤接触、吸入、口服者,可出现高铁血红蛋白血症;肝脏损害较明显,严重者可发生亚急性肝坏死。
慢性中毒:长期接触(皮肤、吸入)可发生中毒性肝病,重者有肝硬变;中毒性白内障。
患者常伴有神经衰弱综合征及消化系统症状。
偶有贫血、血细胞减少或肾损害。
长期接触可出现“TNT”面容:面部苍白,口唇、耳廓紫绀等。
防护措施工程控制严加密闭,提供充分的局部排风。
提供安全淋浴和洗眼设备。
呼吸系统空气中粉尘浓度超标时,佩戴自吸过滤式防尘口罩。
紧急事态抢救或撤离时,建议佩戴空气呼吸器。
眼睛防护戴安全防护眼镜。
环境危害身体防护穿紧袖工作服,长筒胶鞋。
手防护戴橡胶手套。
燃爆危险本品属爆炸品,易燃,有毒。
其它工作现场禁止吸烟、进食和饮水。
工作完毕,淋浴更衣。

LM1036中⽂资料动态⾳效处理器--------------------------------------LM1036⾳调调节电路众所周知.声频系统的动念远远⼩于乐队⾳乐信号的动态范围,如交响乐队的动态⾼达 100dB ,⽽‘般声频系统的动态范围低于 80dB ,数字系统可达 90dB 以上,磁带机则在。
70dB 以下。
因此在把⾳乐信号记录到磁带上、或制作成电视伴⾳时,必须⽤⾳频压缩器把⾳乐信号的动态范围加以压缩.以免录⾳设备过载⽽造成设备损坏或声⾳失真。
但这样⼀来.再好的放⼤器和⾳箱,也⽆法重放出⼤动态的⾳乐。
试把电视伴⾳信号输⼈到⾼保真放⼤器,⽤⾳箱重放,便会感到电视伴⾳⽐较难听,解决的办法是⽤⾳频扩展器把被压缩的信号再扩展开来。
以恢复到原来的动态。
动态扩展器和压缩器实际上是⼀种增益可变的放⼤器,压缩器对⼩信号的放⼤量较⼤,⽽对⼤信号的放⼤量较⼩,因⽽当⼤信号到来时,其幅度被压缩,与此相反。
动态扩展器对⼩信号的放⼤量更⼩,对⼤信号的放⼤量更⼤,即扩⼤了动态范围;同时.由于噪声的电平⼀般低于信号电平,经扩展后就更低,因⽽提⾼了信噪⽐。
此次设计的动态⾳效处理器具有如下功能:1. 动态扩展和动态压缩。
⽬的是扩展动态范围,提⾼信噪⽐.实⽤中把扩展和压缩调整到合适的程度,可获得满意的⾳响效果。
见图 1 。
2. 动态⾳调控制.⼀般的⾳调控制均有缺点,例如在提升低⾳时.信号中的衰减⾳和残响⾳也被提升,结果是声⾳变得模糊不清。
现在采取的措施是只在信号电平⾼时增强低⾳,低电平的衰减⾳和残响⾳则放⼤量很⼩.低⾳混浊的缺点便可克服。
3. ⾃动频谱扫调或称空间声像移动效果。
即令声场的位置和声⾳的强弱不断呈左⼀右⼀左地来回变化( 图 2) 。
选择适当的扫调频率和调制深度,可以产⽣奇妙的声场效果。
动态⾳效处理器的结构见图 3 。
电路核⼼是压控放⼤器 VCA ,它是⼀种随外加控制电压变化⽽改变增益的放⼤器。
如果控制电压能够反应声⾳信号的强弱.则放⼤器的增益将随声⾳信号的强弱⽽变化。
