Fisher™HP低温直行程控制阀Fisher HP低温阀采用单阀座直通式阀体,不锈钢结构材料并配备焊接式加长型阀盖。

HPT-C阀属于平衡设计,而HPS-C阀则是非平衡设计。

本标准适用于机车、家电、制冷设备等使用的磁性温度开关(以下简称开关)。

2 引用标准下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文,在标准出版时均为有效。

3.1.2 开关的电气性能应满足额定电压220V/50HZ,额定电流0.5A,额定功率15~30W 的要求。

3.2 开关在下列条件下,应能正常工作。

3.2.3 使用相对湿度不应大于95%。

3.3.3 金属件应具有耐弱酸、弱碱、弱盐的性能。

3.4 动作温度特性值及允许偏差按设计图纸或双方协商的技术协议。

3.5 泄漏电流用4.5.4条方法进行测量,其值不应大于0.25mA.3.6 接触电阻开关闭合触点电阻小于0.5Ω:3.7 绝缘电阻开关引出线与开关外壳之间的绝缘电阻大于10MΩ。

第四章供电系统系统介绍本系列直流稳压电源是专为火灾报警操纵器设计的AC/DC、DC/DC脉宽调制的不中断供电的直流稳压电源。

具有主电、备电工作指示、充电状态指示,主电欠压、备电欠压、备电故障指示。

电池充电电路采纳了限流恒压脉冲充电方式,提高了备用电池的寿命。

本电源符合执行标准:《消防联动操纵系统GB 16806-2006》中对电源的要求。

平安要求符合《GB4717-2005》标准。

4.1.1供电系统组成供电系统包括GB9281系列电源(3A、5A)和KT9281系列直流稳压电源(10A、20A、30A)等标准盘装电源,内置型小壁挂电源和各类操纵器用电源。

供电系统设备4.2.1 标准盘装电源一、外形结构及功能1)GB92813A5A4.2.1主电开关。

2. 备电开关。

3. 电压表头:输出电压指示。

4. 主电欠压指示:当主电停电或主电低于187V时主电欠压时,主电欠压灯亮,同时备电投入,备电工作指示灯亮。

5. 备电故障指示:当备电短路、开路或损坏,备电故障灯亮,备电充电电路关闭。

6. 消音指示:有故障报警时,按下【消音】键,消音指示灯点亮,报警声停止。

7. 消音键:有故障报警时,蜂鸣器响,按消音键可消音。

8. 自检键:按下【自检】键,可对显示器件和发声器件进行检查。

9. 自检指示:按下【自检】键,该指示灯点亮。

10.备电工作指示:当主电停电或欠压时,备电投入,备电工作指示灯亮。

11.主电工作指示:主电电压正常时,主电工作指示灯亮。

(2)对于型号MB DLE 403 B01,有必要移动气压开关的位置。

(8)如气体吸收器直径与燃烧器直径不一致,就需要在两者之间安装转换器气体供应管道与气体吸收器之间的的连接,通过使用气体吸收器的法兰与将其固定起来的螺母实现(3)最好使用十字头的螺钉在任何情况下,安装阀的时候线圈不能处于朝地的一面,当完成安装后,必须检查是否存在漏气并确保气体吸收器正常工作。

压强稳定器的调整(4)使用合适的螺丝起子来固定压强调整器:顺时针方向位拧紧,逆时针方向为松开。

当压强阀的安装达到理想效果后,盖上盖子并将电线末端用铅封好,使穿过孔间的线圈尽可能的短。

阀的调整缓慢点火输出(阀的初始开启相位)的调整:再打开外壳(5)并按照+/—方向旋转螺钉之后进行翻转外壳(5)可以作为调整的工具。

点火阶段中,通过操作液压制动器来控制,输出逐渐增加,在未封死螺钉(7)被松开的情况下,通过转换螺母来调整即时输出。

输出优化通过如下手段,第一步操作阀的开启,第二步调整压强稳定器,是可以对垒块气体吸收器的工作进行优化以获得理想的输出。

如未到到预期效果,重复以上操作步骤。

低气压开关的调整在执行初期阶段所有有关燃烧器压强开关的调整工作后,通过调节刻度尺转盘来对气体压强开关(8)进行调整,使燃烧器处于正常输出的工作状态下。

慢慢关闭阀门直到压强(盖亚强在气体压强开关检具上测量出来)降低5-6mbar 慢慢旋转气体压强开关的把手,直到该气体压强开关以及燃烧器停止工作,完全打开阀门。
