上世纪五六十年代，周恩来在万隆会议上，面对第三世界许多国家对于中国的社会主义制度不屑一顾，他放弃事先准备好的演讲稿，走上讲台，即兴演讲，提出了“求同存异”的观点。
的确，我们之间或有差异，抑或这种差异还可能是巨大的，但只要我们尊重别人的差异，寻找共同之处，这种差异和矛盾就可以被大大地忽略。
那么，仅仅尊重别人的观点，求同存异就够了吗？就我说来这些还不够。
我们应该“取其精华，去其糟粕”，进一步相融。
赵武灵王“胡服骑射”；日耳曼人归依基督教；十七十八世纪，欧洲兴起的“中国热”；辛亥革命后，中国的“新文化运动”。
古今中外，人类历史上从来不缺乏文明的交流。
试问，如果文明之间差异没有在交流中互相融合，那么世界又会变成一个什么要的模样呢？或许，没有交流和融合，人类不会进步，我们依旧过着茹毛饮血，衣不蔽体，风餐露宿的原始生活。
正因为有了差异，才有了诸子百家争鸣的春秋战国时代，才有了希腊灿烂文化的伯里克利时代，才有了世界宗教之一佛教的诞生。
正是有了差异，才出现文明史中前所未有的“轴心时代”。
与这一极其灿烂的时代相对的，正是中世纪黑暗的教会统治和中国漫长二十年的封建统治下的不断地“王纲解扭”。
缺少了差异，专制统治下的人们没有了前辈们那种活跃的思想。
直到文艺起兴的一道光，划破了这层黑暗，又是差异的出现，使世界再次充满活力。
差异可以使文化相融，促进文明的进步。
但是面对差异，我们依然要理性，不能过卑也不能过亢。
一如中国近代对待西方曾走着一条从过亢到过卑的路途。
差异的存在是合理的，这并不能代表差异的某一方比另一方更“美”。
与“众”不同的美使达芬奇发现了万物各自的美，这种发现美的观察力使他成为一代画匠。
倘若你要认识世界，那你就从自身开始，用平等理性的目光，寻找万物与“众”不同的美。
差异造就存在（66分）哲学家早在百年前就曾说过：世界上不存在两片完全相同的树叶。
因为有了差异，我们才能在共性中寻找到自己的存在，可惜的是，现代社会的发展和人性的盲目却如同克隆技术一般妄图将一切差异“同化。
”不论是“80后”或是“90后”，我们老师被批评是“个性太强的一代。
”是的，追求个性本无可厚非，但问题是现在的年轻人执着打造出的确实一个个雷同的作品。
我们总在说这个款式太老土，可事实上大街上的我们却穿着相同的牛仔裤，戴着相同的围巾；我们总在说这个调调太大众，可打开播放器我们听的确实同一个声音。
当电视上充斥着选秀文化，当社会推崇的是快速主义，迎面而来的是别人，又或是另一个自己？阿甘之所以是阿甘，就因为哪怕是万人空巷他也只不过是想继续跑下去；鲁迅之所以是鲁迅是因为他无法忽视国人的“阿Q正传”，定要出来“横眉冷对千夫指”一番；而兰之所以美，不在于她是否被文人墨客称颂，甚至不在于她是否为人所知，而在于兰花就是兰花，就像我就是我，纷繁喧嚣，荣辱得失，最不可失的是自己的本心。
如果说一群人的同化是一个时代的悲哀，那么，一个城市的同化便是一个民族、一种文化的悲哀了吧。
很喜欢巴黎，在母城区里永远看不到摩天大楼割碎的天空，眼中能映出的是一个民族的生活琐碎和文艺气息，仿佛空气里也烙下了“巴黎”的呼吸。
可是我们的北京呢？上海呢？毫无疑问，她们正被打造成另一个伦敦、纽约、或是东京。
我不敢去故宫，怕见到突兀其中的“星巴克”。
与其说是商业心理在怂勇，倒不如说是国人对于西方文化的一种妥协；我也不敢去据说是就筑的“建业里”，怕听到的不是邻家的吴侬软语而是或廉价或嘈杂的叫卖声。
有的时候我不禁想问，那个让郁达夫甘愿折去三分之二寿命的北平哪里去了？那个孕育出张爱玲这般才情女子的上海又到哪里去了？在共性中寻找差异，在差异中造就存在，我们必须知道，无论是个性还是文化，存在的本质是内容，而非形式。
我不敢相信，地球上都是金发碧眼，都是摩天大楼，这个世界还存在吗？佛云（62分）佛云：“万物苍生，背有其因缘，未有合二一者。
八戒，你天子虽不于悟空，但为人敦厚，日后也必成大器。
”“佛祖，师傅总说大师兄好，说他聪慧凌厉，本领高强。
我看这西经我还是不取了吧。
”猪八戒轨道在大雄宝殿下，向佛祖三叩首。
佛祖嘴角微扬，伸出右手，轻轻一点：“你看。
”八戒定睛一看，佛祖手掌幻化出无穷无尽的白色烟云，绵延不绝。
那里山清水秀，鸟语花香。
悟空正在同小猴子们玩耍。
“悟能，这里你还记得吗？”是花果山水帘洞，悟空被师傅赶走的时候。
“我记得，这时师傅已经被白骨精变成老虎了。
”“正是，八戒，你继续看。
”“猴哥，你我师兄弟已经这么多年了，如今师傅有难你怎能袖手旁观？你不能眼看着师傅被吃到呀。
”佛祖收回右手，看着八戒。
“你看，悟空也有任性的时候，是你将他劝回继续取经，你又怎么能随意放弃？”八戒三叩首。
“多谢佛祖。
”十八罗汉一如雕像站在大殿边，整个宝殿庄严肃穆。
佛祖与观音菩萨望着八戒离开的背影相视一笑。
菩萨用竹枝和圣水凭空一点。
八戒望着地面的世界仍旧不开心。
为什么大师兄思维敏捷，本领高强？脚踏的云彩缓缓的飘，飘过女儿国，飘过流沙河。
忽听到身后有人叫住他。
回头一看是大师兄脚踩跟斗云。
“八戒，你去哪了，让我找的好生辛苦。
”“找我有什么事？师傅有你足够。
”“呆子，胡说什么。
有个妖怪是仙君的坐骑，快同我一道去天庭。
”“为什么不一个人去？”“天君同我不熟悉，自然需要你天蓬元帅帮忙了。
”八戒看着悟空的焦急面容，心中暗自说：“多谢佛祖。
”佛祖对观音说：“八戒这次真的明白了吧。
尺有所短，寸有所长，人人皆有差异，不必懊恼不必可惜。
”“弟子谨记。
“悟空和悟能从天庭回来时，悟净还在山脚照顾着虚弱的唐僧。
“二师兄你跑去哪儿了，可把师傅急坏了。
”“师傅，徒儿下次不会了。
”他跪倒唐僧脚下。
佛云：“天资天定，差异自来，切莫自暴自弃。
个人有慧根，个有多长，切莫妒嫉。
”众罗汉曰：“弟子谨记。
”大珠小珠落玉盘（62分）一颗钻石之所以耀眼夺目是因为它能折射出不同的光芒，一首乐曲之所以悦耳动听是因为它能富有曲折,不时变换的旋律，一个社会之所以能发展是因为不断的有新的不同的力量和思想来推动它。
差异无处不在,差异又至关重要。
生活在这个不存在绝对相同的事物的世界中,我们也许很难明白没有差异的日子是如何单调、乏味的。
那么就让我们来设想一下吧，天空中没有闪烁的繁星，只有无尽的黑暗，人们住在一样的房子中，唱着同一支曲调，说着一样的话，做着同样的工作……多么灰暗、枯燥的日子！没有差异的话，世界上怎么会有贝多芬的《九大交响曲》？没有差异的话，世界上怎么会有李清照的“冷冷清清，凄凄惨惨戚戚”？没有差异的话，怎么会有普朗克的量子理论？没有差异的话，人们走着同样的路，又何来怎么多优秀的艺术、文化、科学的魁宝？！差异，可以说是文明进步的动力，它像源源不断的泉水，又如奔腾不息的河流，注入时间的大海，永不消逝。
如今的人们越来越多的关注到差异的重要性，也越来越追求文化的多元化。
可是一味追求差异真的好吗？我想，当差异越过那条理智的线后只能成为乖张。
这几年在青少年间悄然流行开来的“非主流”可说是文化差异的典范，他们追求独特不屑于主流的风尚，他们有自己的文学、自己的语言、自己的价值取向。
这看似是青少年们乐于讨论、乐于参与的文化盛况，可真正的意义又有多少呢？他们在追求不的、同时却遗忘了最本质的宗旨：一颗美好、积极向上的心。
他们那些过于阴暗、成熟的文字令我望而却步，也令其他真正懂得“生活是美好”的真谛的人们却步。
白居易诗有云“嘈嘈切切错杂弹，大珠小珠落玉盘。
”那样的琵琶声想必是十分动听的吧，他有旋律、音响的差异，却又将这些差异有机地融合在一条主线中，体现出和谐的变化。
我想，这也是差异之所以美好的根本原因吧。
如果只是杂乱不堪，一堆不同音符堆砌的曲子是根本不能算为音乐的，只有在一定的主题下，富有规律地创作出节奏的差异，才是一首乐曲趋于完美的至道吧。
