Use a pointed object, such as a straightened paper clip or toothpick, to press the reset button. This will cause the Ready LED to blink on and off. The factory defaults will be loaded once the Ready LED stops blinking (after about 5 seconds). At this point, you should release the reset button.LED IndicatorsAdjustable pull high/low resistor for RS-422/485 (150 K Ω or 1 K Ω)Jumpers are used to set the pull high/low resistors. The default is 150 kΩ. Short the jumpers to set this value to 1 kΩ. Do not use the 1 kΩ setting with RS -232 mode, since doing so will degrade the RS-232 signals and shorten the communication distance.Hardware Installation ProcedureSTEP 1: Connect the 12-48 VDC power adaptor to the NPort 6150 andthen plug the power adaptor into a DC outlet.STEP 2: For first-time configuration, use a cross-over Ethernet cable toconnect the NPort 6150 directly to your computer’s Ethernet cable. L S D - 8 5激 光 位 移 传 感 器 采 用 三 角 测 量 法 原 理 。 激 光 发 射 器 通 过 镜头将可见红色激光射向被测物体表面,经物体反射的激光通过接 收 器 镜 头 , 被 内 部 的 线 阵C C D图 像 传 感 器 接 收 , 根 据 不 同 的 距 离 , 线 阵C C D传 感 器 上 接 收 的 光 斑 也 相 对 应 的 位 置 也 不 同 。 根 据 这 反 射 的 角 度 , 通 过 计 算C C D传 感 器 光 斑 的 距 离 , 从 而 可 以 计 算 出 实 际 物 体 的 两 个不同位置。可以用来测量物体的厚度、偏移等。

1. 请确认测试导线完全插入仪器的接线端。
2. 测量时请勿超过测量范围的最大允许输入。
3. 请确认仪器和接地的接线端间施加电压不超过600V AC/DC。
4. 请勿在易爆炸性气体的环境中测量(例如可燃气体或烟)。
5. 使用前认真检查测试导线和附件是否存在损坏或异常。
若存在异常现象(例如:测试导线损坏,仪器机身损坏),请勿进行测试。
6. 测试导线连接时请勿按下测试开关。
7. 绝缘测试时请勿触摸电路。
8. 打开电池盖更换电池前请取下测试导线,关闭仪器电源。
9. 使用后请关闭仪器电源。

盐酸胺溴索无菌检验方法学验证河北凯威制药有限责任公司1.验证目的根据中国药典2010版要求,当建立药品的无菌检查法时,应进行方法的验证,以证明所采用的方法适合于该药品的无菌检查。
2.验证依据依据中国药典2010版附录Ⅺ H 无菌检查中薄膜过滤法。
3.验证结果的判定标准采用薄膜过滤法检查,当实验菌不大于100cfu,阳性对照有菌生长,阴性对照无菌生长,判定实验有效。
比较供试品和阳性对照中试验菌的生长情况,供试品各试管中的试验菌在规定时间内均应生长良好。
若同时满足上述条件,则表明供试品在所实验的条件下无抑菌作用或其抑菌作用可以忽略不计,可以按照此验证方法进行供试品的无菌检查。
4.验证材料滤器:北京牛牛基因技术有限公司菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌【CMCC (B)26003】枯草芽孢杆菌【CMCC (B)63501】大肠埃希菌【CMCC (B)44102】生孢梭菌【CMCC (B)64941】白色念珠菌【CMCC (F)98001】黑曲霉【CMCC (F)98003】购自中国药品生物制品检定所。
培养基及试剂:营养琼脂培养基、改良马丁琼脂培养基、硫乙醇酸盐流体培养基、改良马丁培养基(青岛日水)。
稀释剂、冲洗剂:0.1%无菌蛋白胨水溶液样品:盐酸胺溴索注射液,规格1ml:75mg,批号:141001-2、141002-1、141003-1、5.验证实施5.1.菌液制备取金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌与枯草芽孢杆菌新鲜培养物接种营养肉汤,30-35℃培养18-24h,取上述液体培养物1ml加入9ml 0.9%无菌氯化钠溶液中,10倍稀释制成含菌数小于100cfu/ml的菌悬液备用。
取生孢梭菌的新鲜培养物接种硫乙醇酸盐液体培养基30-35℃培养18-24h,取上述培养物1ml,加入9ml 0.9%无菌氯化钠溶液中,10倍稀释制成含菌数小于100cfu/ml 的菌悬液备用。
取白色念珠菌新鲜培养物接种改良马丁培养基,23-28℃培养24-28h,取上述培养物1ml,加入9ml 0.9%无菌氯化钠溶液中,10倍稀释制成含菌数小于100cfu/ml 的菌悬液备用。
