我一共经历过两次四级考试，2020年下半年第一次参加CET4，结果惨败。
总分369分，其中听力119分，阅读129分，写作和翻译121分。
拿到分数的时候内心受到了很大的波动，本来总觉得四级吗，裸考一下过应该没问题的。

在将近3个月的备考时间里，刚开始一直在尝试全文听懂，后来时间不够了，就只听懂答案句。
听力中遇到的生词，和一些不熟悉的发音一定要多次重复，相信时间的力量，当它成为一种习惯的时候，就不会再忘记。
不过，对于个人而言，我的听力提分并不多，我觉得根本原因是自己听的不够多。
感觉很多东西听过一遍理解之后，就不再去碰它，而事实是听力的记忆已经在渐渐消失了。
