自从在班里担任中午的”执行官”后，我觉得我各方面能力都有了很大的提高，凭着极大的热情和干练的处事，赢得了老师的好评，但现在我和同学们的关系渐渐分裂了,今年获得“乒乓球第七名””跳绳第六名”的成绩”的荣誉。
虽然是微小的，但在今后我会努力的提高有所进步!?
在管理班级的过程中，难免会遇到各种各样的困难，面对这些困难时，我也抱怨过，也产生过放弃的念头，但我一次又一次的说服自
己不要放弃，因为放弃，就意味着以前的努力都白费了，我不甘心。
所以，到了今天，我已能坦然面对各种困难，尽自己最大的力量去解决它们。

在参加班级管理的过程中，尤其是参加竞选后，我明白了许多道理：做任何事都要有强烈的责任感，要认真履行自己的职责，才能无愧于心。
在管理的同时，要严格要求自己，因为自己的一举一动都被同学们看在那里，如果连自己都管不好，如何去管别人?当然，管理时一定要有耐心，要顾及同学们的感受，不要去品尝“高处不胜寒”的滋味。
否则，会给今后的工作带来许多困难。
即使有困难，也应勇敢面对，不能因为自己是小孩子就过分依赖别人。
作为三好学生,是一种荣誉，更是一种责任。
我知道这条路上有许多挑战，但我自信我有能力担起这副担子，因为我的热情，我的毅力，我的工作态度。
