Good morning. It is really my honor to have this opportunity for an interview. I hope I can make a good performance today. Now I will introduce myself briefly. I am 26 years old, born in Shandong province. I graduated from Qingdao University. My major is electronics. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. I spent most of my time on study, and I’ve passed CET-6 during my university. And I’ve acquired basic knowledge of my major. It is my long cherished dream to be a successful manager and I am eager to get an opportunity to fully play my ability. In July 2003, I began working for a small private company as a technical support engineer in Qingdao city. Because there was no more chance for me to give full play to my talent, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004, I left for Beijing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer. I lead a team of 5 members and accomplish different tasks in these years. In order to make greater achievements in my work, I realize that I need to study more management knowledge and the skills about how to organize people. That is the reason why I would like to join a MBA program. I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also，I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the requirement of your university. That’s all. Thank you for giving me the chance.

MBA英语口语部分英语面试的介绍大家需要对某个案例进行团体讨论。
首先是用中文讨论30分钟。
每人将拿到一张A4的纸张，上面用中文介绍了某个案例（一般是管理类和市场类）。
案例的结尾处有相关的问题，作为大家讨论的出发点（比如：你认为案例中的企业应该如何解决这个问题等）。
中文讨论之后，大家需要使用英语对中文讨论部分进行总结陈词，英语部分总计5~10分钟，每个人需要发言1~2分钟，所有人都必须发言。
复旦普通班MBA面试相对要求不是特别高，但是良好的英语总结将会让你增色不少。
面试培训的目标能够在中文团体讨论之后，顺利完成英语总结部分的发言。
你需要发言1~2分钟，如果你发言的语速不快也不慢，那么你需要发表长达150~200个字的演讲。
英语面试的要求发音：发音需要至少能够让别人听的懂，力图吐词清晰；流利：表达需要基本流畅，而不是充满了停顿和卡壳；气质：发言之时仪容端正，气度自信，有职业经理风范；内容：不要求观点十分精辟，但也不能废话连篇。
英语培训的内容掌握基本的英语表达方法，培养久违的语感；掌握面试中的发言模板，做到以不变应万变；掌握基本的商务词汇，培养英语学习的兴趣；学习英语面试中突发事件的灵活处理方式。
一、基础学习课基础英语学习与语感锻炼当我们想表达一段话的时候，我们对其中的一些词汇的英文翻译还是知道的，但是我们可能对于如何快速地把他们组合起来，并且流利的表达出来，可能有点迟疑，所以，我们首先做几个小练习，拾起我们久违的语感吧。
如何迅速的组织语言和表达观点前期可以使用速记的方法，把自己观点和想法的关键词记下来，然后再根据这几个关键词进行扩展和延伸。
我们在使用中文聊天的时候，也是如此的，我们表达观点，都是首先朦胧有个观点的核心词，然后再滔滔不绝的表述出来。
我们中文能够这么做是因为这是我们娴熟的母语，比如说别人问我：“你昨天去哪里了？”，我如果去了人民广场，那么人民广场就是我大脑中闪现出来的核心词，然后我说“我昨天人民广场瞎逛了，啥也没买，不过好多人啊，美女都扎堆了”。
