文章大致意思如下:一线教师,需要不断地听课、反思,从而提高课堂教学质量,提升教育教学素养。
听课是一个学习思考的过程,所以学习如何听课对一线教师来说是非常有必要的,要做到科学、合理、有目的的听课需要具备以下几个条件。
听课前充分准备:听课时收获的不仅仅是教案的记录或者某个新单词的发音,而是该如何上好这堂课。
因此听课前充分准备是保证听课有效的前提。
1、备教材。
听课者应该了解上课教师所上的是哪一册的哪一单元第几课时,并主动询问上课教师这一课时要解决哪些问题、新授哪些内容,以及了解这一课时前学生学了什么。
这样听课时目标更加明确,听时也可以做到忙而不乱。
2、备理论。
听课教师在听课之前了解一些相关的理论知识,不仅可以帮助自己客观地评价所听的课,更可以提高自己的教育教学理论。
在平时,英语教师必须学习一些基本的理论,如情景设置的原则、游戏设计的原则等等。
无论对于他人或是自己,这些实用的理论都是发展、提高的催化剂。
3、课前预设。
这一环节往往被大部分教师所忽略。
通过课前预设,听课者可以了解到自己对这一节课的认识并预设好一些教学环节。
在听课时,把自己预设的环节和上课教师所上的环节作个对比,这种充分准备后的听课充分发挥了听课者的主观能动性,是保证听课有效的前提。
听课时全面关注:教师所听的是否是一堂好课呢?怎样作出客观的评价?最简单的“标准”是:一堂好课不在于教师教得如何精彩,而在于学生是否学得主动。
这就告诉听课者听课时更应该关注学生的学。
但学生的学和教师的引是分不开的,所以听课时应该全面关注。
1、关注教师的引。

以全面提高学生的素质为目标,要求教师们积极探索勇于创新,更好地实施新课程标准,努力优化课堂教学,提高教育教学质量,提高我校教师的教育教学水平。
本学期我校英语科开展了一系列教研活动,总结如下:1、以课改为中心,各年级开展了一月一研讨活动:针对课改实施过程中出现的新问题进行了教学观摩,研讨,予以解决;在个人备课的基础上,加强集体备课,互相切磋,取长补短,集思广益,组织研究上好教研课。
本学期各年级老师都开展了研讨课,各自的课堂教学效果甚好。
2、规范地积极开展了一次主题化系列活动,努力提高校本教研组的质量。
例如十二月份的“英语节”活动。
英语节活动准备工作了差不多一个月,可以看看的出来每位老师都在不懈努力的准备工作着活动,可以惋惜的就是天气的变故引致这次活动的失利。
从这次活动中可以窥见学校的设施还比较健全,尚待改良。
同时也表明方案比较周全。
3、定期和不定期两种形式,开展了常规检查工作,检查教师的备课、听课,各个老师都能按要求做好工作。
4、本学期积极开展了为高年级为单位的书写比赛,这样既提升学生自学英语的兴趣,又改良了学生规范书写单词的能力。
总之,在全体英语老师的共同努力下,学校的英语教育教学质量有所提高。
在本学期的期末测试中,各个年级的成绩都比较好。
在以后的教学工作中,我们将一如既往,加倍努力,争取更大的进步。
我们要继续的努力工作下去,把我们的学校工作继续的做好下去,我相信未来我们学校一定能够取得长远的发展。
现在的孩子随着计划教育的深入细致改革,越来越少了,所以我们一定必须教导不好他们,把他们都培育成国家的栋梁,这才就是我们教学的真正目的,我们都房植认识到。
不仅仅必须把英语教导不好,其他的各个科目都必须综合发展。
现在国家都就是竞争综合国力,那么孩子也必须比综合实力,将他们拎不好。

2016年11月3日下午第一节课,综合一组姚瑶老师为大的老师。”课上,姚老师将音标学习带入课堂,教授学生主动用音标认识新单词,大大提高了学生的主体性,引起了学生的兴趣。生动的言语,标准的发音,认真的表情,精彩的小班活动,构成了课堂里一幅幅美丽的风景线。
英语重点学习活动记录三年级道德

一、活动背景:道德教育是培养学生良好品德和行为习惯,培养学生正确价值观念的重要途径之一、作为英语老师,我们也需要通过英语教学来培养学生的道德素养。
为此,我设计了一系列的英语重点学习活动,旨在培养学生的道德意识、合作精神和责任感,提高他们的道德素养。
二、活动内容及实施方法:1.活动一:听故事,传递爱心目标:培养学生的爱心和关心他人的意识,学习与他人分享和帮助的方式。

根据我镇小学英语教研计划安排,经过镇中心校领导的精心筹划,我们组织了这次全镇小学英语公开课活动。
按照镇中心校的通知要求,我们全体小学英语教师冒着绵绵细雨顶着微微刺骨的寒风,齐聚镇中心小学。
在镇中心小学领导和全体师生的大力支持下,我们依次听取了育才小学陈璐老师和泗合小学任霞老师执教的公开课。
课堂上,两位老师饱满的激情、精彩的演讲,令我们全体老师十分佩服。
从课件的制作、教学环节的设计、教具的准备和熟练操作等,都体现了以学生为中心、以兴趣为支点和以任务为基础的教学思想。
设计的课堂活动贴近学生生活实际,学生参与积极性高,达到了学生运用英语进行交际的目的,充分体现了“学生从所学到所用,从知识到能力”的教学原则。
从课堂教学上来看,两位老师的课都准备得很充分,思路清晰连贯,内容充实,能较好地调动起学生的积极性,课堂氛围活跃,游戏设计新颖,课件设计全面,突破重难点方法得当,
适当渗透了语法知识,实现了任务教学目标,并且都能较熟练地使用电子白板进行教学,可见两位老师在课下没少付出了辛苦和努力!但在取得较好成绩的同时,难免会带出一些缺点和不足。
诸如:两位老师都没有板书课题;课件的某些幻灯片的位置放置不恰当;词汇教学老师领读和操练不够;陈璐的课堂容量太多、课堂用语不够熟练、某些地方引导不到位等;任霞的声音太小、紧张、教学环节之间缺乏过渡语、鼓励评价语言太少、课堂时间分配不合理、某些单词发音不准确、控制学生不到位、活动集体参与多个人参与少等。
总体来说,两位老师的课堂教学还是可取的!
课后,我们全体英语老师在镇中心校会议室进行了评课活动。
会上,气氛十分热烈,各位老师踊跃发言,各抒己见。
该肯定的给予表扬、鼓励。
该否定的直言不讳,并积极给出修改建议。
两位公开课执教老师也都虚心地接受了老师们的批评和指导。
最后,向精心筹划组织这次活动的领导、两位认真执教的老师和积极参与活动的诸位教师说一声:辛苦啦!谢谢!
会后反思:通知、组织、听课、评课一系列任务结束后,我长长地松了口气,感到有些累,但是让我收获的更多的是感动。
自接到我们邵主任通知说是让我自己组织我们英语学科的活动时,我确实有点紧张,担心完成不好任务。
但看到两位执教老师参与的积极性、讲课的认真态度和在课堂上听课教师的细心听课、认真记录的情形,我心里踏实了许多。
更令我意想不到的是在会议室评课的时候,老师们的
直言不讳、真诚的话语、中肯的建议,还有为某个教学环节几个人争执得面红耳赤,评课的热烈场面让我深受感动。
在此,我看到了老师们的教学激情、老师们的积极进取、老师们的真诚相待!有这样一个温暖的集体,何愁我们整体的素质上不去呢?我想:我们的未来将会是一片晴空!!
