用药交待是药学人员在调剂工作中的最后一个环节,对已经调配 好的处方进行药品和患者确认,并用语言和(或)文字的方式, 将所配发药品的用法、用量、禁忌及其注意事项明确、详细地告 诉患者或其家属。
