Step 1:Greetings and warming up.
T: Look at the advertisement on Page 26 and guess what is “Tour de France”.

T: OK! Class, Listen to me! Today we are going to learn a letter of complaint about “Tour de France”, and then you will know whether the advertisement is real or not.
Step 2: Reading.
Task 1:
T: OK! Class, Now I’d like to give you 5 minutes to read the whole letter, and then I hope you can answer the questions on the screen:

2.According to Jeffreys’s letter, do you know how to solve this problem?
