眼下，这首歌又跨越时空，带着人们的深情期盼迎接即将到来的2022年北京冬奥会。
“2022年第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会的举办城市是——北京。
”2015年7月31日，国际奥委会主席托马斯·巴赫在国际奥委会第128次全会上的宣布，意味着北京创造历史，成为世界上首个同时举办过夏季、冬季奥运会的“双奥之城”。
从“敢不敢申办”到“基本无悬念”1990年7月，夏日的北京艳阳高照，第11届亚运会相关工程建设正在如火如荼地进行着。
当邓小平同志参观新建成的国家奥林匹克中心时，突然抛出了一个问题：你们敢不敢去申办一次奥运会？当时，现场无人敢应答。
举办奥运会对于当时的中国来说还只是个梦想——申奥实际上是一场综合国力、经济实力、科技实力、文化魅力的竞争。
然而，这个问题还是在人们心中点燃了一丝火苗：或许，我们真的可以试着回答这个问题呢？在1993年以两票之差惜败悉尼而痛失2000年夏季奥运会的主办权之后，时隔6年重整旗鼓的北京再次向国际奥委会递交了申办2008年夏季奥运会的报告。
在申请演讲中，“中国奥运之父”何振梁说：“选择北京，你们将在奥林匹克历史上第一次将奥运会带到拥有世界上五分之一人口的国家，让10亿人民有机会用他们的创造力和奉献精神为奥林匹克运动服务。
