MY dreamGood morning , dear teachers and friends!My name is li zhen jia. I am nine. Today, I’m very happy to stand here, I will talk about my dream.Everyone has a dream, I have a dream that one day I can be a diplomat.I want to intrduce China to the world. China is a great country. My country is very beautiful.She has big mountains, long rivers and hardworking people.I love my country. Of couese I hope I can go to America, France, Germany, England…… And so on, I hope I can travel around the world.I know, to be a diplomat,I need to learn English. English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.I like English very much.Evevymorning, I read English. I often watch English cartoons.My favourite cartoon is “the cat and mouse ”. Rome was not built in a day.I believe that after hard study, I can speak English well.Where there is a will, there is a way. I belive my dream is not a day-dream,it will come true.I belive dream, I belive hope,I belive I can fly.At last, I want to tell the world, Diaoyu Islands are Chinese.That’s all. Dreams kindle a flame to illuminate our dark roads. Dreams are the armor for our fragile hearts. Martin Luther King had a dream — it was to have justice for all people. Lincoln had a dream —it was to set the slaves free. They sought their dreams and ultimately made them come true. When I was young, I saw a dog one day. I threw a stone at it just for fun. Then it fell down and looked very weak. At that moment, I was surprised to notice it was pregnant. I can’t remember what happened next, but there’s one thing I know: that I felt guilty. It was the first time that I found life could so easily pass away. At that time, I had a dream, which was to help those people who needed help. There are too many wars and disasters. About 16,000 people have died in the Iraq War and one child dies every eight seconds in Africa because of starvation. I have dreams, you have dreams and they have dreams too. We should help them. We should save their lives so that they can pursue their own dreams. Just like the lyric of a song says, “We are the ones who make a brighter day so let’s start giving.” Well, that’s my dream, a simple but meaningful one.Everyone may have his own dream. Someone may want to be rich, someone may want to be beautiful, and someone may want to have power. But I’m different from them. My dream is special. I want to have a pair of wings. Because I want to fly in the sky，I like the feeling of freedom.If I have a pair of wings，I’m sure it will be very wonderful. I can fly below the blue sky with the birds. I can enjoy the music of birds’. I can fly across the cloud and the small wind will blow past my face. The feeling must be the same as that my mother caresses me.I can fly over the sea, below the rainbow, through the forest I can see all the wonderful view. If nobody had dreamed of flying like a bird, we should never have known that a machine called plane could bring us to the places in the air. And we would never have got the chance of development any more. Some people have said that the world would be in darkness if there hadn’t been Edison. He ever had a dream of keeping the sun above our head day and night and he really lightens our life. So what will happen if everyone has a dream and get down to making it come true? There is nothing impossible if you do.Here, I also have my dreams. I hope that I can live a genteel life to enjoy a pure-nice happiness. I have a dream that all the people could pursue their dream freely and get equal chances to everything . I have a dream that evil will lose their life and love will fill up the blanket.
