方法 通过计算机随机选取2019年8月—2021年8月在佛山市三水区人民医院开展常规透析期间伴有贫血的慢性肾功能衰竭患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各50例。
对照组给予重组人促红细胞生成素注射液,研究组给予左卡尼汀联合重组人促红细胞生成素注射液。
比较两组患者用药后的临床疗效、贫血相关生化指标和不良反应发生率。
结果 研究组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.162,P <0.05)。
治疗后,两组患者的平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白体积、血清铁蛋白水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。
结论 在定期透析的慢性肾功能衰竭合并贫血患者中,左卡尼汀和重组人促红细胞生成素注射液的联合应用安全有效,可以获得更好的治疗效果,提高贫血相关生化标志物水平,并且不良反应发生率低。

Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic renal failure with anemia during routine dialysis in Sanshui District People's Hospital of Foshan City from August 2019 to August 2021 were randomly selected as the study objects by computer, and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given recombinant human erythropoietin injection, and the study group was given L-carnitine combined with recombinant human erythropoietin injection. The clinical effi⁃cacy, anemic related biochemical indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 96.00%, which were higher than that of 78.00% in the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=7.162, P <0.05). After treatment, the mean RBC hemoglobin con⁃centration, mean RBC hemoglobin content, mean RBC hemoglobin volume and serum ferritin level in two groups were higher than before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant (P <0.05). 方法选取2021年11月—2022年11月盐城市第一人民医院收治的100例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。
对照组采用艾普拉唑治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用内镜下NTAN注射术,对比两组临床疗效。
结果研究组有效止血率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.332,P<0.05)。
研究组再出血率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.005,P<0.05)。
研究组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.000,P<0.05)。
研究组治疗后促胃液素水平(73.28±4.06)μmol/L低于对照组(86.06±6.08)μmol/L,胆囊收缩素水平(12.47±1.00)μmol/L低于对照组(17.18±2.51)μmol/L,大便潜血转阴时间(2.20±0.84)d短于对照组(4.90±0.97)d,呕血停止时间(2.01±0.28)d短于对照组(4.03±0.49)d,住院时间(5.97±1.01)d短于对照组(9.79±2.13)d,差异有统计学意义(t=12.361、12.327、14.879、25.309、11.459,P<0.05)。
结论内镜下NTAN注射术配合艾普拉唑能够提高非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者有效止血率,并加快免疫系统恢复,调节胃肠激素分泌平衡,且治疗安全性较高,具有良好的实用价值。

在海洋石油电驱修井机设计中,采用独立的交流变频电机和链条减速箱为转盘提供足够大的扭矩,通过控制按钮和触摸屏完成对转盘方向和扭矩控制,实现了无极变速,能更精确地完成作业任务。
在介绍海洋石油电驱修井机转盘驱动系统的组成原理及基本设计要点的同时,对转盘驱动系统的选型设计提出了相应的建议。

In the drilling and workover process ,the turntable drive system is used to support the string weight ,connect and break out the string ,and provide different directions of speed and dynamic torque to achieve the purpose of drilling. In the design of off-shore oil electric drive workover rig ,independent AC variable-frequency motors and chain reduction gearboxes are used to provide sufficient torque for the turntables ,and the control of the direction and torque of the turntables is completed through the control buttons and the touch screen , which realizes infinitely variable speeds and can complete the task more accurately. 然而,目前还没有任何一种基于血液的标志物足以检测HI或预测预后。
许多炎症蛋白、神经元特异性蛋白和MicroRNA表达可预测HIE病情变化,这些变化在出生的几小时至几天内迅速演变。
将临床数据与生化检测结果相结合是目前改善新生儿HIE的检测和预测结局的最可能途径。
本文总结了目前对HIE血清生物标志物的研究,显示了其预测HIE预后的潜力。

主要介绍用于预制菜包装的气调包装、抗菌包装、智能包装、可降解包装以及高阻隔包装,并且列举这些不同种类的包装在预制菜使用的侧重点,总结分析这些技术的优势和缺点,展望预制菜在未来发展过程中对包装提出的新要求,以期为促进预制菜的发展提供参考和思路。
结论 气调包装、抗菌包装、可降解包装在预制菜发展领域具有巨大潜力。

The current development status of prepared dishes was summarized and the role of packaging technology in the storage and transportation of pre-pared dishes was introduced. The modified atmosphere packaging, antibacterial packaging, intelligent packaging, high barrier packaging, and degradable packaging used for prepared dishes were mainly introduced, and the key points of using these different types of packaging in prepared dishes were listed. The advantages and disadvantages of these tech-nologies were summarized and analyzed, and the new requirements for packaging in the future development process of prepared dishes were put forward, in order to provide reference and ideas for promoting the development of prepared dishes. The modified atmosphere packaging, antibacterial packaging, intelligent packaging, high barrier packaging, and degradable packaging have great potential in the field of prepared dishes. image medical isotopes such as 18F, 131I, and 225Ac in vivo in small animals utilizing Vavilov–Cerenkov radiation (VCR).8–11,16–18 VCR is generated during the initial decay process before the annihilation event and emits a continuum of ultraviolet and visible light. More than a low-cost PET or SPECT alternative, utilization of Cerenkov luminescence and tomographic techniques breaks the limitation of pure optical approaches by the lack of clinically approved targeted agents. Cerenkov luminescence tomography (CLT) with functional and anatomical information opens a door for optical imaging to the clinics using hand-held probes and radioactive contrast agents.13,19

Abstract—Generation of an accurate Cerenkov luminescence imaging model is a current issue of nuclear tomography with optical techniques. The article takes a pro-active approach toward whole-body Cerenkov luminescence tomography. The finite element framework employs the equation of radiative transfer via the third-order simplified spherical harmonics approximation to model Cerenkov photon propagation in a small animal. After this forward model is performed on a digital mouse with optical property heterogeneity and compared with the Monte Carlo method, we investigated the whole body reconstruction algorithm along a regularization path via coordinate descent. The endpoint of the follow-up study is the in vivo application, which provides three-dimensional biodistribution of the radiotracer uptake in the mouse from measured partial boundary currents. The combination of the forward and inverse model with elasticnet penalties is not only validated by numerical simulation, but it also effectively demonstrates in vivo imaging in small animals. Our exact reconstruction method enables optical molecular imaging to best utilize Cerenkov radiation emission from the decay of medical isotopes in tissues.
In this study, the performance of the SP3 modelbased CLT method is fully investigated. We first provide a comparative demonstration with both of the finite element SP3 method and MC simulations. Considering that there are relatively more diagnostic or therapeutic radiotracers in a very small targeted zone as compared with the whole body sparse biodistribution is the result. In another case, there is also a target region with fewer radionuclides relative to other normal tissues. Hence, we applied elastic-net penalties3 into the whole body reconstruction based on the SP3 forward model. Further validation of the CLT framework, including the forward and inverse models, is illustrated in small animal practice. Results of numerical simulations and in vivo experiments reveal that whole-body CLT with the SP3 method can provide an accurate three-dimensional (3D) approach to optical imaging with radionuclides.
Image quality of optical tomography has relied mostly on the model-based reconstruction method.1 The forward model to describe light propagation in turbid media is essential for optical tomography. Radiation transport equation (RTE) has been used as a standard forward model and is considered as an equivalent to the numerical Monte Carlo (MC) method. It is difficult to solve RTE directly, which is often approximated by the diffusion equation (DE) to save on computational costs. The Cerenkov radiation spectrum is weighted toward blue bands of the electromagnetic spectrum.4 The large absorption coefficients at these wavelengths make the diffusion approximation as a light propagation model less accurate. The DE fails to work, especially in some regions with a highly heterogeneous optical background and small geometries.6 Tomographic reconstruction will subsequently lead to erroneous imaging of the radiopharmaceutical. The current spherical harmonics (SPN) approximation can generate a more transport-like solution to RTE than DE, of which the third-order simplified spherical harmonics (SP3) approximation retains this feature with a minimal cost.
