总分100分比赛时间0分，时间3分钟） 内容：以“我有一个梦想”为演讲主题，无具体题目，选手在个性 演讲中，可以将个人才艺与演讲相结合。如：英文歌、英文诗、英文 故事、舞蹈、乐器等等，表演和演讲主题要恰如其分地结合，以达到 充分展示个性的目的，让评委及听众喜欢上你。但3分钟内包含的英 文成分不得低于2分钟。评分方式：由3名评委（其中有一名外教）负 责打分。 第二环节：阅读理解（满分为30分，时间2分钟） 比赛方式：选手抽取题目，每题中有一篇短文，选手需要在60秒 内将短文朗读并理解，用完整、准确的英文概括出短文大意，标准的 英音或美音，流畅的、富于表现的朗读以及完整、准确地概括是这一 环节评分的重点。 第三环节：评委提问（满分为10分，时间1分钟） 比赛方式：选手抽取题号并按题号上的问题，准确、完整、流畅地 回答评委提问，用流利地道的英语，真诚地阐述自已的观点。 3名评委的平均分为选手的得分。

B组：小学高年级组 总分100分，比赛时间：5分钟，共分三个环节进行：
第一环节：个性演讲（满分为60分，时间3分钟） 内容：以“我是最闪亮的英语达人”为演讲主题，无具体题目， 选手在个性演讲中，可以将个人才艺与演讲相结合。如：英文歌、 英文诗、英文故事、舞蹈、乐器等等，表演和演讲主题要恰如其分 地结合，以达到充分展示个性的目的，让评委及听众喜欢上你。但3 分钟内包含的英文成分不得低于1.5分钟。评分方式：由3名评委负 责打分。 第二环节：给单词造句（满分为30分，时间1分钟） 比赛方式：选手抽取题目，每题中有3个单词，在2分钟内根据题 号中所给的3个单词造句，评委将根据选手句子是否具有完整性、逻 辑性、创造性及选手的想象力、表现力和应变能力、语法表达能力 评分。 第三环节：评委提问（满分为10分，时间1分钟） 比赛方式：选手抽取题号并按题号上的问题，准确、完整、流畅 地回答评委提问，用流利地道的英语，真诚地阐述自已的观点。 3名评委的平均分为选手的得分。
