一、名词解释：1、financial management：是在一定的整体目标下，关于资产的购置、融资和管理。
财务管理的决策功能可以分为三个主要领域：融资、投资和资产管理决策。
2、investment：为了将来获得更多现金流入而现在付出现金的行为。
3、financial markets(金融市场)：一切资本流动的场所，包括实物资本和货币资本。
4、financing：融资是指企业运用各种方式向金融机构或金融中介机构筹集资金的一种业务活动。
5、capital markets(资本市场)：买卖较长期(原定偿还期长于一年)的金融工具(如债券、股票等)的交易市场。

7、work capital net：所谓净营运资金的需要，指增加的经营性流动资产与增加的经营性流动负债之间的差额。

8、balance sheet：资产负债表是反应一定日期财务状况的报表，它依据资产=负债+所有者权益的等式而制定。
9、capital structure(资本构成)：资本结构是指企业各种长期资金筹集来源的构成和比例关系，具体是指长期债务(有息)资本和权益资本的比例关系。
