节能铝排蒸发面积的计算
节能铝排蒸发面积的计算：铝排翼片管的外周长是0.3米，翼片管的总长度乘以翼片管的外周长即为蒸发面积。
如型号ZFL-7型，管总长为12根管×2米（管长）=24米，24米×0.3米=7.2米 2 节能铝排与压缩机的配比：铝排翼片管与空气的换热能力K值约为8w/m2.℃也可采用简便方法计算，当冷藏库库温设定在-18℃时，可按半封闭压缩机的排气量乘以系数2得数即为应配铝排的蒸发面积平方米数，如5匹中温压缩机排气量为18m3/h×2=36m2 此种配比时，蒸发温度与库内温度差约为10℃,节能效果相当理想。
蒸发面积配小时温度差会增大，压缩机的制冷量会减小，耗电量增加。
制冷剂有R12. R22. R134a. R152a.R600a. h-01. RH. H. R404. R401. R152a和R22混合制冷剂.<p>常用制冷剂有R12. R22. R134a. R152a. R600a.一般都可以用R12。
R22代换<p>R152a. H-01. RH. H. R404.R152a和R22的混合制冷剂，可以用R12代换。

<p>R12和R22一般不可以互相代换。
<p>电冷库常用制冷剂有R12、R134、R600、R152/R22共沸<p>空调常用的制冷剂有R22，新型制冷剂有R404<p>电冷库维修可以用R12代替<p>R134系统代换时须换压缩机系统，主要是冷冻油区别，所以要清洗管路。
<p>空调维修R404专用，厂家不允许用R22代换。
制冷剂又称制冷工质，是制冷循环的工作介质，利用制冷剂的相变来传递热量，既制冷剂在蒸发器中汽化时吸热，在冷凝器中凝结时放热。
当前能用作制冷剂的物质有80多种，最常用的是氨、氟利昂类、水和少数碳氢化合物等。

一、型材特性1、本公司所生产的铝合金建筑型材为专利产品，取得国家专利。
2、本公司挤型材所用合金成分符合GB3190-1996之6063规定，不使用再生之废铝，经T5处理，达铝门窗制造之必要条件。
3、机械性能：拉力强度157Mpa；降伏强度110Mpa；伸长率8%以上。
4、本公司表面处理方式多样，有氧化、电泳、喷涂、木文、珐琅等，能够全力打造个性化产品。
5、型材尺寸允许偏差符合GB5237.1-2000要求执行。
6、型材表面整洁、无裂纹、起皮、腐蚀和气泡等缺陷。
型材表面上轻微的压坑、碰伤、擦伤，按GB/T5237.1-2000要求执行。
二、标志、包装、运输、贮存1、标志：在检验合格的型材上应有如下内容、标签（或合格证）a、供方名称、地址；b、供方质检部门的检印；c、合金牌号、状态；d、型材的名称、规格、数量；e、复合膜厚度级别、色泽；f、生产日期或批号；g、本标准编号；h、生产许可证编号。
2、包装：1）产品使用包装纸及内包装材料的水溶性应呈中性或弱酸性。
2）型材的装饰面应垫纸或泡沫塑料加以保护。
3、运输：1）铝及铝合金加工产品可采用火车、汽车、轮船、飞机等交通工具运输。
2）装运产品的火车车箱、轮船仓、汽四车箱和集装箱应清洁、干燥、无污染物。
3）铝及铝合金加工产品严禁同化学活性物质及潮湿性材料装在同一个车箱、船仓、集装箱内运输。
4）敞车运输时，必须用苫布盖好，以保证包装箱不被雨（雪）浸入。
5）产品在车站、码头中转时，应堆放在库房内。
短暂露天堆放时，必须用防雨雪的苫布盖好，下面用木方垫好，垫高不小于100mm。
6）产品在车站码头中转或终点装卸时，应采用合适的装卸方式，严防装包装箱（件）损坏。
7）产品在短途运送时，遇有阴雨天，应有防雨苫布，严防进水腐蚀。
4、贮存：1）需方收到产品后，应在10日内检查产品有无腐蚀现象并组织验收，如遇包装箱破损并受雨（雪）浸入的，应立即组织进行检查验收并妥善处理受损产品，使损失尽量控制在最小限度内，如对表面质量、力学性能有异议，应在3个月内向供方提出；如发现产品的内部组织质量有问题应在6个月内向供方提出异议。

冷库铝排管的安装说明
冷库铝排管的安装说明一．产品结构及规格1.铝排管分为带翅片和不带翅片的两种，ø32口径，带翅片的高度为15cm左右，间距12cm，带翅片铝合金铝排只安装顶排，不带翅片的可安装顶排、墙排。
二．性能特点1.铝合金材质，导热能力强，结构合理，对流存热系数大。
2.翼片与管一次成型，耐压高，重量轻，相同面积重量是铜管的1/3，是钢管的1/6,虽然贵，但制冷效果好。
3.只配顶排安装方便，维护成本低，没有墙排阻力小，耗电量少。
4.系统干净，使用寿命长，食品干耗少，品质优。
5.适用范围为-5℃—-18℃周转冷库，不能速冻，入库温度-10℃以下，高温库，速冻库不能使用。
6.不能自动除霜，每半年或3个月需要停机升库温除霜，不能敲打，顺坏难修补。
7.无需外涂漆，不易生锈，焊接工作量小，一次成型，安全可靠，无电机，自然冷却。
三．铝排安装及配比说明1.节能铝排设计为多根翼片管焊接弯管串接成一组冷排，可多路并联，以减少气流阻力，提高制冷效率。
2.铝排管采用进口世界品牌EMERSON外平衡膨胀阀，高效稳定。
3.多路铝排管连接采用铜管，保持制冷剂液面水平，保证分液均匀。
4.铝排上部距离冷库顶80-100mm空隙，用吊钩将铝排反吊在库顶上。
5.铜铝接头出厂时已经焊接，严谨用户敲击铝铜接头，造成铝排漏气。
6.铝排管安装后，正常情况下会在铝排顶上出现霜层，但是库门处可能因为热气进入，造成铝排管结冰，但是铝排管不能敲击，停机后自然升温后出去即可。
注意库温升高会造成货物顺坏的危险，化霜时货物必须轻移。
7.铝排每路最长为100-180m，每2m展开面积为1㎡，铝排配比为地面面积与顶排管面积比不低于1:1.5倍。
8.冷风机更换成铝排后，不需要启动化霜水泵和冷风机电机，相对冷风机省电，也大大减少故障率。

节能铝排使用说明书一、简述节能铝排（铝合金翼片管蒸发器）设计为多片铝合金翼片管，经翼片管串接而成的冷排。
主要用于5～-35℃冷库制冷系统的蒸发器。
其结构设计合理，安装方便，换热效率高，食品干耗少，节能效果显著。
二、结构、性能及安装1、结构示意图。

较传统冷排节能30%。
3、安装（详见彩页安装说明）用挂钩吊于库板顶面，铝排上部距冷库顶保持80～100m的空隙。
三、铝排规格型号及选用说明1、标准铝排规格型号说明接水盘电热丝铝排宽度铝排长度蒸发面积铝合金蒸发器2、准型铝排规格参数表Array3、铝排蒸发面积的计算翼片管外表面周长为0.3米，翼片管的总长度乘以翼片管外周长即为蒸发面积。
如型号ZFLZ-7型，管总长为2米（管长）×12根＝24米，蒸发面积：24米×0.3米＝7.2米2。
4、铝排选用原则按冷库设计需要的总蒸发面积及冷库顶面结构尺寸，铝排规格型号的外形尺寸，选用几组铝排合理布局组合而成。
5、蒸发面积的确定A 按制冷技术，一般由冷库热负荷量，选压缩机组、工艺要求库内达到的最低温度计算确定。
B 按制冷工程师经验，库容100m3以下优先按压缩机排气量×1.5左右的经验公式；库容在100m3以上优先按冷库容积乘配比系数。
四、铝排的连接1、根据铝排规格型号，可用一块或几块组成1—N组，用多路分液器和集液器并联连接至制冷系统中。
如果冷库需用冷排较多，可组成多组并联连接以减少气流阻力，提高制冷效率。

This ensures your stability when using the Uplift Premium Power Lifting Seat. We also recommend that the chair or sofa you are using it on have a stable, level seating surface.Setting Up For UseWhen placing your Uplift Premium Power Lifting Seat on your chair or sofa, the Hand Control should be to the front, on your right-hand side and be free from obstructions.Make sure the cord is not under the base of the seat to prevent damage or from becomingunplugged. Ensure that the cord is out of the way so that no one can trip over it.Your Uplift Premium Power Lifting Seat will add about four and a quarter inches to the height of your chair, recliner or sofa when you are seated. In order to use your Uplift Premium Power Lifting Seat safely, you must keep both feet on the floor at all times.There are three ways to keep your feet on the floor at all times during use (Please try these in the order shown):(1) Stop the Power Seat to control the height. It will stop when fully lowered or when you shift the Toggle Switch to the middle position.Raising the lifting seatTo rise from a seated position, gently shift the Toggle Switch and let go. Placing excessive force on the switch is unnecessary and could result in the Toggle Switch breaking.Incorrect Usage: Cushion too HighIf your Uplift Premium Power Lifting Seat is raised too high, you will have difficulty sitting down without hopping onto the cushion. To maintain stability and reduce your risk of falling, lower the cushion to a heightthat allows you to keep both feet on the floor.Incorrect Usage: Sitting LopsidedIf your Uplift Premium Power Lifting Seat is correctly positioned, you should sit down squarely on the seat and keep both feet on the floor. If you find yourself sliding sideways, the seat is lifted too high for you, and you could fall or damage the product. 节能铝排使用说明书
一、简述节能铝排（铝合金翼片管蒸发器）设计为多片铝合金翼片管，经翼片管串接而成的冷排。
主要用于5〜-35 C冷库制冷系统的蒸发器。
其结构设计合理，安装方便，换热效率高，食品干耗少，节能效果显著。
二、结构、性能及安装

用挂钩吊于库板顶面，铝排上部距冷库顶保持80〜100m的空隙。

3、铝排蒸发面积的计算
翼片管外表面周长为0.3米，翼片管的总长度乘以翼片管外周长 即为蒸发面积。
如型号ZFLZ-7型，管总长为2米（管长）X 12根= 24米，蒸发面积：24米X 0.3米=7.2米2。
4、铝排选用原则
按冷库设计需要的总蒸发面积及冷库顶面结构尺寸，铝排规格型 号的外形尺寸，选用几组铝排合理布局组合而成。

5、蒸发面积的确定
A 按制冷技术，一般由冷库热负荷量，选压缩机组、工艺要求库内达到的最低温度计算确定。
B 按制冷工程师经验，库容100m3以下优先按压缩机排气量x 1.5左右的经验公式；库容在100m3以上优先按冷库容积乘配比系数。
四、铝排的连接
1、根据铝排规格型号，可用一块或几块组成1—N 组，用多路分液器和集液器并联连接至制冷系统中。
如果冷库需用冷排较多，可组成多组并联连接以减少气流阻力，提高制冷效率。
见附图A。
2、铝排每路蒸发面积约15m2左右。
3、采用分液器连接，需配置外平衡式膨胀阀，其感温包应固定在从外平衡管向集液器方向100mm 处。
4、分液器安装时莲蓬头垂直向上，保持制冷剂液面水平，集液器水平放置。
5、铝排为制冷系统中蒸发器，安装时应加装回气过滤器，以确保压缩机使用安全。
6、铜铝接头出厂时已焊接塑封，连接时铜管切勿直接围弯，应从焊口近处切断，用90°铜弯管或© 16铜管直接焊接至分液器或集液器。
7、铝排每路铜铝接头处出厂时焊接单相气阀，已充氮气，安装时先检查气阀有无气压，否则应重新充氮气试漏，若有漏气处请马上联系解决。
8、电热线按三相四线供电，按附图 B 说明，从接线盒内给电，同时应配置电热化霜控制继电器。
