Provide basic and full secretarial support to GM Operation Director such as daily work management, travel schedules, maintain effective filing system, note taking at meetings, report preparation and letter or memo writing.
Documents translation; interpretation at meetings, internal or external.
Arrangements for the visitors local or oversea, including logistics, accommodations, entertainments and so on.
Coordinating all kinds of conferences and prepare the documents as required by GM or Operation Director for the conferences.
On behalf of GM and Operation Director to receive the customers visits (foreign visitors esp.), especially when he is absent from the company.
Visiting customers with Operation Director.
Being the contact point between the Operation Director and departments or external partners,and the communication link to the headquarter or the branches globally.
Keep good relationship with governments.
Being involved in corporate events and external events.
Being member of editorial team for Internal Magazine.
Take care of visas for staff s international travel.
Taking care of foreign staff s lives in Shanghai, including the residential permit, working permit, houses, drivers, etc.
Acting as Document Controller of QA Dept.
Support other departments work if required.。
