本文主要概述了汽车零部件分类的目的和意义、及相关概念;制定了汽车零部件分类规则和零部件分类编号规则。

汽车零部件分类规则1.概述1.1汽车零部件分类的目的和意义本人曾经去一家小型电动车厂帮忙一个月,该厂给我最深的应像是一个字:乱!设计部门不给零部件编号,采购部门要向供应商反复解释采购的是什么件,仓储部门要找一个件费时费力,生产部门错装经常发生,为什么呢?根本原因就是大多数零部件未分类管理,也没有一一对应的编码。

因此,汽车零部件分类及编号的目的和意义就是:1)便于零部件管理;2)提高采购、物流、仓诸和生产的工作效率;3)提高产品质量,防止错漏装的发生。

汽车零部件归类说明汽车零部件归类是指根据其功能和作用,将汽车所使用的各种零部件进行分类和归纳。

汽车作为一个复杂的机械装置,由众多的零部件组成,每个零部件都发挥着不同的作用,相互配合才能使汽车正常运行。

下面将对汽车零部件进行归类说明。

1. 发动机部件发动机是汽车的心脏,是产生动力的核心部件。

发动机部件包括汽缸、活塞、曲轴、连杆、气门等。

汽缸是发动机的工作室,活塞在汽缸内上下运动,通过连杆连接曲轴,将活塞的上下运动转化为曲轴的旋转运动,再经过气门的开闭控制进出气体,从而产生动力。

2. 传动部件传动部件负责将发动机产生的动力传递给车轮,使汽车能够行驶。

传动部件主要包括离合器、变速器、传动轴、差速器等。

本标准规定了各类汽车、半挂车的总成和装置及零件号编制的基本规则和方法。

本标准适用于各类汽车和半挂车的零件、总成和装置的编号。

本标准不适用于专用汽车和专用半挂车的专用装置部分的零件、总成和装置的编号及汽车标准件和轴承的编号。

2.2 分组表示功能系统内分系统的分类顺序。

2.3 零部件包括总成、分总成、子总成、单元体、零件。

2.3.1 总成由数个零件、数个分总成或它们之间的任意组合而构成一定装配级别或某一功能形式的组合体,具有装配分解特性。

2.3.2 分总成由两个或多个零件与子总成一起采用装配工序组合而成,对总成有隶属装配级别关系。

2.3.3 子总成由两个或多个零件经装配工序或组合加工而成,对分总成有隶属装配级别关系。

2.3.4 单元体由零部件之间的任意组合而构成具有某一功能特征的功能组合体,通常能在不同环境独立工作。

2.3.5 零件不采用装配工序制成的单一成品、单个制件。

或由两个及以上连在一起具有规定功能,通常不能再分解的(如含油轴承、电容器等外购小总成)制件。

2.3.6 零部件号指汽车零部件实物的编号,亦包括为了技术、制造、管理需要而虚拟的产品号和管理号。

4.标准内容4.1汽车结构汽车产品主要由发动机(动力)、底盘、电器和车身四大部分构成。

4.2功能系统分类4.2.1发动机(动力)功能系统分类常规汽车产品的发动机主要分为发动机总成、供给系、排气系和冷却系等四大功能系统。

汽车零部件归类说明
一、汽车零部件的概念所述“零件”是指组成轿车的不可分拆的单个制件。

它是汽车制造过程中的最基本单元。

所述“部件”是指由各种零件所组成的,具有一定功能的装置,是汽车中的一个独立组成部分。

二、汽车零部件的归类原则“零部件”归类应依次使用以下三种归类方法:
1、按所属材质归;
2、按税则列名归;
3、归入税目8708 项下。

三、常见汽车零部件的税则号列
(一)按材质归类的常见商品和税号:

1、第40 章:
(1)硫化橡胶(硬化橡胶除外)制的异型材,不论是否切成一定长度(税号40.08 );
(2)硫化橡胶制的传动带(税号40.10 );
(3)橡胶轮胎、可互换胎面、轮胎衬带及内胎(税号40.11 至
40.13 )。

2、第42 章:皮革、再生皮革、钢纸等制的工具袋(税号42.02 )
3、第56 章:
(1)纺织材料制网(税号56.08 );
(2)纺织材料制缆绳(税号56.09 )。

4、第49 章:各种材料制印有文字、图案的印刷品(税号49.11 )。

5、第57 章:车用地毯。

6、第59 章:
(1)纺织材料制的传动带(税号59.10 );
(2)纺织材料制滤油器等(税号59.11 )。

7、第70 章:
(1)钢化玻璃或层压玻璃制的未镶框的安全玻璃,不论是否成形(税号70.07 );
(2)已制成后视镜,不论是否镶框,未经光学加工(税号70.09 );
(3)车头灯的未镶框玻璃(税号70.14 ),以及一般归入第七十章的货品。

(2)转数计、车费计、速度计、转速表及其他车用仪表(品目

(3)带反馈的车用自动控制装置(品目90.32 )。

(三)归入税目87.08 项下零件必备条件:
1、它们必须可确定为专用于或主要用于上述车辆;
2、它们不属于上述(一)、(二)两款所涉及的货品范围。

四、进口常见汽车零部件归类规定
(一)关于“部件的零件”的归类
1、属于84、85 和90 章轿车部件(如发动机、电动起动机、速度计)的零件应根据第十六类类注一、类注二和第90 章章注一、章注二的规定归类;
2、属于税目87.08 所述部件的零件:除十七类类注二另有规定的外,一律按列目的所述部件一并归类。

(二)各种材料制管子的归类各种材料制管子(除硫化橡胶制以外)如可确定专用于机动车辆,且进口状态已具备特定长度、带有接头等特征,应作为机动车辆专用零件归入相应税号。

(三)支架的归类如果支架用于某部件内部,应作为该部件的专用零件归类,如发动机内部的支撑架应作为发动机专用零件归类;其他支架应作为车辆专用零件归入子目8708.9991,如支撑整个发动机的架子。

(四)各种线束扎带、线束固定夹、卡箍等类似件的归类:各种线束扎带、线束固定夹、卡箍等类似件应根据材料属性归入
相应税号。

(五)各种控制模块的归类
带有反馈装置的,如发动机用电子控制单元(ECU),应归入税号90328900;反之则归入税号85371090,如安全气囊的控制模块。

(六)传感器的归类一般应归入所属部件的专用零件税号中,如与发动机用电子控制单元相连接的传感器应归入税号90329000。

如确有通用性传感器,则应归入税号90330000。

(七)开关的归类
由两个以上开关组合在一起应归入税号8537.1090 中,如转向柱开关;反之应归入税号8536.5000 中。

(八)塑料、贱金属制的各类盖子、塞子
属于84、85 章列名货品的零件,则应按材质归入39235000 和83099000;属于8708 所列货品的零件,则应与其所属部件一并归入税目8708 项下相应子目。

(九)顶盖内饰垫块应视为垫片、垫圈的类似品按照其构成材料归
类。

(十)烟灰盒不论烟灰缸的结构如何,统一按照其构成材料归类,贱金属制的归入83023000,塑料制的归入39263000。

(十一)衬套应与其所属部件一并归入税目8708 项下相应子目。
