1.1Purpose of the Handbook手册的目的This handbook is intended to provide a simply structured, easily understood and practical guideline for packaging development and to give suppliers information about existing guidelines and specification in the area of packaging.这本手册的目的是提供一种结构简单，易于理解和包装发展的指导方针，并给予供应商对现有的准则和包装领域规范的信息。

2.1.2. Design of packaging by Schaeffler 舍弗勒设计包装This variant is generally used in the following cases: 这种变量通常用于下列情况：﹥Durable packaging of manufactured goods可回收的成品包装Expendable or durable packaging of traded goods, i.e. products that are sold on by the Schaeffler Group.贸易件的一次性包装或者可回收包装，即舍弗勒集团内销售的产品。

The Packaging Technology prepares a packaging specification for the specific part and this is presented to the supplier in the form of a packaging instruction and a packaging data sheet by Schaeffler Purchasing.Responsibility 5包装技术提供一个特殊零件的包装说明书，舍弗勒采购提交给供应商包装说明和包装数据表格。

Where packaging is specific to Schaeffler the supplier can, after consultation with Purchasing.在与采购协商后，供应商可以提供给舍弗勒特殊的包装。

The supplier is responsible for requesting the required packaging from Schaeffler Purchasing and must do so in good time (15 working days before it is required)using a form.And before M4 sample, the packaging agreement must be confirmed with Schaeffler company.For small quantities, the quantity of packaging required is calculated on the basis of the current annual requirement.供应商有责任从舍弗勒采购处得到必要的包装要求并且必须及时填好表格（必须15个工作日之前），并且在M4样品前与舍弗勒确定包装协议。
